When Alison and Luke both finished their lunch, Luke payed the bill and they both headed outside.
They noticed there was a park across the road.
"Do you want to go for a walk in the park?" Luke asked
"Yeah sure!" Alison replied
They both walked over to the park and sat on a bench for 5 minutes.
Luke looked over and saw an ice cream van.
"Hey, do you want some ice cream?" Luke asked
"Yeah sure!"
"Wait here! I'll be 2 minutes!" he said
Alison waited at the bench until Luke came back with the ice cream.
A few minutes later, Luke walked back over to the bench with 2 ice cream cones with flakes in them.
He sat back down on the bench and gave a cone to Alison.
Once they had both finished their cones, Luke stood up.
"Do you want to go for a walk?" Luke asked Alison
"Yeah sure!" she replied smiling
Alison stood up and they both started walking.
After walking for a bit, Luke just looked at Alison and held her hand.
Alison looked at him and they both smiled.
They both walked the rest of the way holding hands.
After they got back in the car, Luke started the engine.
"I had a load of fun today Alison!" Luke told her
"Yeah me too Luke!" Alison replied
Luke drove Alison back home and walked her to her front door.
"Thank you for today Luke!" Alison told him
"Aw you're welcome! I had a really good time!" he replied
"Yeah so did I! And thank you for my flowers"
They both just laughed.
"I hope we can do it again some time before I go back home?" Luke said
"Yeah I'd like that!" Alison said starting to blush
Alison waves Luke off as he gets back in his car and drives away.
