I don't know how the world works
I just can't see through it
The teen and adult minds
I just don't understand why people are acting like they can't
Change things by just wanting it
I just don't understand why you say you can't
I saw what you are able to
But still you are standing here losing confidence
I don't know why
But it's complicated to get what they think
I feel like I lost control
Of everything I know
I begin to forget things
To see them different
I begin to change my mind
I get older
A normal process but it scares me
I don't wanna be like them
I just don't get how the world runs
Are there rules that really can't be broken
Is there something more important than holding together
Holding each other
I don't get why people don't understand
