Chapter 36- Apartments

I finally walked out of the interview room, with a smile on my face, and as I walked back down the hallway, I passed Clara.

I have her a quick nod, and put my hand out to give her a high five.. More like low five.

I walked back to the seating area to find luke smiling at me.

"What"

"Oh nothing, how did the interview go?" He patted on the seat next to him.

"Great" I responded "a lot easier than I thought"

There was a brief silence before he continued

"So, tell me a little more about this university"

"Well, what do you want to know" I know basically everything there is to know about this place.

"Hmm, I don't know" he paused "what does it teach?"

I smiled "well you have acting, advertising, animation, architecture, art education, art history, fashion, fine art, game design, graphic design, illustration, industrial design, interior architecture and design, jewellery and metal arts, landscape architecture, motion pictures and television, multimedia communications, photography, visual development, and web design and new media"

I took a breath

"Wow.. That's a lot"

"It is" I replied

Then it hit me

"I feel like I'm forgetting something"

He looked at me oddly "what do you mean"

"One of the subjects, I'm forgetting one"

He laughed "don't worry about it"

Not to long after, Clara came out of the interview room, with a smile.

We walked to the car as Clara blabbered about her interview, and how the head mistress really liked her.

And soon after, she finally shut up.

We drove to a mall near the hotel and headed inside.

When I walked in, the first store I saw was forever21, so I bolted for it.

I'm going to make this short for you, and just tell you what I ended up with.

I ended up getting three shirts, one was a crop top with a bunch of colorful flowers on it, another was also a crop top, that had a cat on it, wearing a flower crown, I also bought el a matching one because I knew she would be mad at me for not getting her one, and I decided that it could be a 'congratulations for kicking ass at your audition' gift. The third top was a plain black tank top, with a bunch of sunflowers printed on it.

Along with that, I got two dresses, one was a floral skater dress, and the other was a white lace jersey dress.

I ended up getting 10 pairs of pants.. Whoops?

Three were jeans, a white ripped pair, a purple pair with white polka dots, and a light peach color pair with a rip in the knee.

Four were skirts, a white lace one, a plum colored one, a black and white tribal print one, and a black one with white polka dots.

And three were shorts.

I had a cream colored crocheted pair, a pair with the American flag on them, and a light blue pair.

I bought four hair bows..they were on sale okay!?

One was white, another was light blue, another was coral, and another was light pink.

I swear I didn't go to the shoe section, but somehow a pair of really cute floral sneakers, a light pair of oxfords, and a black pair of oxfords ended up in my basket.. So I bought them anyways.

Next stop was H&M.

I didn't get much here, only two long sleeved lace peplum shirts, one was black, and one was peach. A plain grey tank, a pink sweater, two crêpe dresses, one was a burgundy, and one was navy with white polka dots, along with a black bandeau dress, two pairs of lace shorts, one was black and one was coral, and a plain white beanie.

After walking for a bit we found a top shop.

I grabbed a plain white tank top with navy stripes, and a plain coral t-shirt.

I had three pairs of pants, a mint colored pair, a what the workers called a'candy pink' pair, and a ice grey pair.

Along with that, I had a plain black skater dress with a cutout in the back, with the fabric criss crossing.

After that me and Clara decided that it was time to do some apartment hunting, just to get an idea of what we want for when we move here.

Before starting, we went back to the hotel, and changed.

There were a few apartments we were looking at that we really liked, so we started with them.

I stepped into the first apartment, and it already felt stuffy. It was super small, and only had one bathroom. There is going to be three people living here.. We need more than one bathroom.

We flew through the rest of the apartments, but there was nothing that we liked, so we headed back to the hotel.

"Here, let me drive" luke insisted

"Fine"

We ended up passing the hotel, and luke didn't seem to notice.

"Umm, luke? The hotel is back there?"

"I know" he shrugged but kept driving

"Where the hell are you taking us?" Clara asked from the back seat.

"You'll see" he replied, keeping his eyes on the road.

Fifteen minutes later, luke pulled into the parking lot of a giant building. And got out of the car.

"C'mon!" He exclaimed from outside the car

Both me and Clara cautiously got out of the car and followed him into the building.

We hopped into an elevator that lead us to the top floor. And when we stepped out, luke lead us down a small hallway and in front of a door.

When he opened the door, both mine and Clara's jaws dropped. This place was gorgeous!

After we looked around we finally went back to the hotel

When I walked into the room, I plopped onto the bed, and kicked off my heels. Ugh, my feet hurt so bad.

"So" luke started, and took a seat in the chair "what did you think"

I sat up strait, so I was kind of eye level with him.

"I think that we won't be able to afford it."

He dangled a key in front of my face. "Paid for."

I rolled my eyes

"What about bills and stuff!?"

He rolled his eyes back

"You will all have jobs, and if you ever need any help paying bills and all that shit. Just call me"

I leaned over and hugged him and mumbled 'thank you, your the best' into his shoulder.

"I know" I heard him say back.

A/n: sorry this chapter isn't the best! It's 4:00 in the morning, and I didn't have time to write today, I really tried! Also Kelsey wanted me to tell you that she won't be updating early tomorrow, but she will try to update later! I love you all! Bye!
