Chapter 16- Twins!!

I jolted awake. Today was the 16th of july. Whats the 16th of july? LUKE HEMMINGS BIRTHDAY!

I glanced at the time

3:30.

I always celebrate the boys birthdays, so since luke is in my house, i thought i would do something special.

I crawled out of bed and tip toed to Alex's room

Since i couldn't make much noise i decided to carry him downstairs.

I placed him on the couch and ran to the tap.

I filled a bowl with ice cold water, and went back to the couch

Quickly, i poured the water over his head, and before he could scream, i covered his mouth.

He gave me the death glare, and i put my finger to my mouth and pointed upstairs, indicating that luke was still sleeping and that he should be quiet.

He nodded and started towards the door. We decided to go out and get some stuff for lukes birthday last night.

We left and got into the car, Alex drove.

I really didnt care about my appearance because it was 3:30 in the morning, and i dont think anyone wants to be shopping at 3:30 in the morning.

We pulled into dollarama and quickly went in.

The only people the store contained was over-tired workers. Who were deep in conversations with each other.

We got a few strange looks but we kept going.

We finally reached the birthday isle, and i checked the time

4:15.

wow. we really need to hurry, we have a lot of setting up to do.

Alex went one way and I went to the other

I took a quick peek at my list. Okay, so I had to get

-streamers

-confetti cannons

-silly string

-air horns

-and paint

I picked up my stuff and headed towards the cash

I quickly paid with Alex not to far behind me.

We threw our bags in the car and ran to the mall. The mall was right across from the dollarama, so it wasn't that long if a walk.

I was in charge of presents. And Alex was in charge of food. I just hope he doesn't buy out the place.

I walked into the music store and found the guitar isle. I picked up a pick and bought it. Yes I know, I'm bad at presents.

I also went to the piercing/tattoo place and bought him another lip ring, because he has been complaining about the fact that there is a crack in his and that he needs a new one.

I walked into the toy place and found a stuffed banana. And a stuffed penguin. I know he already has both but whatever, it's not the exact same thing.

I went to HMV and walked around for a bit before grabbing a pair of beats and a iTunes card. I thought Alex might like to get him something.

I sent a text to Alex asking him if a pair of beats and a iTunes card was good enough, and he quickly replied with a 'yes' and told me to get him something else...

So I went to the hair place and bought two tins of styling gel. One for Alex to give luke and one for Alex because I know If I don't get one for him.. He is going to be furious.. Alex really is going to be the death of me.
