I wake up in Tobias's arms. He's still asleep. I wiggle from his grasp and take a shower. I have a headache, probably a little bit of a hangover. I step out of the shower and see I forgot clothes. I walk to the closet and decide on maroon short-shorts, black flip flops, and a black shirt that shows my tattoos. I might get a new one today. I put the clothes on and braid my hair. Then I put on some mascara and lip gloss. I step out and Tobias is still sleep. I start jumping on the bed and he wakes up. He grabs my foot out from under me which makes me fall. He catches me by the waist and kisses me. Someone knocks on the door. I get up and Tobias groans. He goes to shower. I open the door.
"Oh, hey girls," I say.
"Hey girly! Time to start planning!" Christina exclaims. "So where do you want it, when, what dress, what colors, that's stuff," she says.
"Umm... At the Chasm, next week, we need to go shopping, and color is black," I say. "Reception in the dining hall, Dauntless wedding cake. You're my maid of honor. The boys can go tux shopping while we go dress shopping. I think that covers everything." I say. She smiles. Her wedding is the same except the ceremony is at the railroad tracks. Marlene's wedding is at the zip lines and Shauna's is at the net. Christina's is the day after mine, Marlene's the day after hers, and Shauna's the day after Marlene's.
"Let's go dress shopping now!" Marlene says. We tell the boys to go tux shopping. We end up at the store, Dauntless Wedding Dresses. It's pretty small. We walk in and all pick out about five dresses. I go to the dressing room and put the first one on. Its tight at the top and poofy at the bottom. I can barely breath. That ones a no. I try one the second one which is fitted until about my hips then it flows. It has a few crystals throughout it. I think this is the one. I step out and see Christina in the first line I tried on, Marlene is in a dress similar to mine only it has crystals all the way down. Shauna is in a mermaid dress that has lace covering the whole thing. They're all so beautiful.
"This is my dress!" I exclaim.
"This is mine!" Christina says.
"This ones mine!" Marlene says.
"I'm getting this one!" Shauna says. We go change and buy the dresses. We give them to Lynn who said she will hide them in her closet. We thanked her and went to the dining hall. The guys are already here. We get some food and sit with them.
"Did you find your dresses?" Zeke asks.
"Yup," we all say.
"We just need to find bridesmaid's dresses," I say.
"We just decided to wear the same tuxes to all the weddings," Uriah says. We laugh.
"Nice plan," Shauna says. We do finish our food and throw the plates away.
"We're going to find bridesmaid's dresses, bye!" Marlene says. We leave and go to, Bridesmaid's Dresses. It's right next to thew wedding dress shop. I look for something purple because I know that's Christina's "color" and she's my maid of honor. I find one that would go to her knees and has a few crystals. I get four of the same one in black for Shauna, Marlene, Lynn, and Lauren, my other bridesmaids. Christina gets the same ones only they have lace over them and she got black for me, her maid of honor, and purple for the rest of the bridesmaids. Shauna gets all black ones that go to the floor except Lynn, her maid of honor, has crystals throughout the dress. Marlene gets the same as Shauna only in purple. Her maid of honor is Lauren. We buy them and head to the dining hall for dinner. We gave those dresses to Lauren who said she could hide them in her closet. Then we go back to our apartments. I shower and change to my undergarments and one of Tobias's shirts. I fall asleep in Tobias's arms.
