“Guys, take rest. I will see you tomorrow.” I said, totally diverting the topic.
“How long will you pretend to be like this?” Sid asked.
I kept quiet staring at the wall.
“Shraddha, he is worse than you. Everyday he comes and begs us to tell you where you are. You even changed your number, do you know he is aimlessly looking out for you everywhere.” Alia said.
“He barely attends classes and when I look at his face..........he just looks horrible.” She said.
“Not anymore, Alia. We don't want to discuss about that cheater.” Sid said, sounding serious.
“But Sid, Shraddha has to listen to what he has to say atleast. I am sure he has an explanation.” She said.
“What explanation will the cheater has?” Sid asked making Alia to shut her mouth.
“How is he?” I whispered looking at Alia.
“Horrible, he looks like he barely eats anything, nowadays, Shraddha. He has stopped talking to everyone......he only comes to us to ask about you. Other than that, nothing.” She said, making tears well up in my eyes.
“Let's not talk about it, Alia.” Sid said and gestured to keep quiet.
She stopped the topic for now and I felt relieved.

“Hello people.Welcome to my Cafe.You are the very first customers today.” I said as I opened the door and led them inside.
“As a result, I will get double the food of whatever I order today.” Sid said and laughed alone for his stupid joke.
“The place is amazing.” Alia said looking around.
"So, this are the people whom you were talking about yesterday, isn't it?"Ajith said walking near me,with a smile on his face.
"Oh yes.Guys this is Ajith.My best friend."I said.
"Hello and you don't have to introduce me.Shraddha has told a lot about you guys."Ajith said.
"And, especially you Sid."Ajith said looking towards Sid who was aldready looking at the menu.
"What is that?"Sid asked looking up from the menu.
"Trust me,you don't want to know."Ajith said giggling.
"What have you told then?"Sid asked m ,his eyes fuming in anger.
"Nothing at all. He was just pulling your leg."I said.
"Coming to Alia, do you know what Shraddha said that you have grown fat compared to the college days?” Ajith said making Sid to laugh.
"What the hell?"Alia asked looking shocked for a second and glaring at me.
"Trust me guys.He is joking."I said.
I told Ajith how Alia goes red when anyone teases about her being fat and now he is taking advantage of it.
"I was joking guys.Now come on,have a seat and be prepared to savor the heavenly food prepared by me."He said pulling them inside.
I took the knife to chop the onions. Alia and Sid left a long time back after eating. They decided to roam around the place while I decided to join them in the evening as I had loads of work to do.
