GIRLS GENERATION LEG WORKOUT

Girls Generation is well know for their slim and well toned legs.

The 5:3:2 ratio leg work out.
- the thickest part of your thighs should be 5
- the thickets part of your calves is 3
- the thinnest part of your ankle is 2

WORK OUT:
Step 1: Kick both legs towards the front while jumping ( it stimulates your ankles and your inner thighs )

Step 2: Spread legs while jumping and then put them back together ( it stimulates your ankles and the back of your calves )

Step 3: Body towards the front and kick diagonally twice each side ( it stimulates your pelvis and inner thighs )

Step 4: While jumping, diagonally kick your legs in a 90° position ( it stimulates your glutes )

Step 5: While jumping, stretch out your legs and kick high ( it stimulates the entire lower body )
