Cameron's POV

It's prom weekend, and my boyfriend is still away living his dream at the xFactor house. It sucks, but I'm so proud of him. I've had a dress since before he found out about this whole thing, but I don't even want to go now. I didn't remind him that it was this weekend because I didn't want to add to his plate of being in the finals next week. Don't get me wrong, this whole journey has been incredible for them, and it's opened so many doors, but I'm ready to have my boyfriend back. That might seem selfish, but if you were with that boy, you'd want him back too.

"Hey, Honey, are you not going to the dance tonight?" My dad said, slightly opening the door to my room.

"I don't think so," I sighed, "Wesley's not coming."

"Did he tell you he wouldn't come?"

"I didn't even ask. I don't want him to have to come all the way back for some stupid prom," I told him, even though it really meant a lot to me because it's our senior year.

"How about you go with Callie? Keaton isn't going either I'd assume," he suggested.

"I'll think about it," I slightly smiled. I think my dad really wants me to go, so I called Callie up. She told me Keaton was coming. My heart immediately shattered. Keaton would come for Callie, but Wesley hasn't said a single word to me about it. I decided to show him what he's missing. I got up, showered, and started getting ready. I got my makeup and hair done with the help of Callie, and then I put my dress on. It was black, skin tight in all the right places, and had a slit going up my thigh. I wore red heels and silver jewelry. I had bright red lipstick on, and I have to admit, I was rocking every aspect of my outfit. Wesley really was missing out.

"Let's go get pictures," Callie suggested once we were both done getting ready. We walked down the stairs, and my dad was already waiting for us.

"You look beautiful, Cam," my dad gasped. "My baby's all grown up," he fake cried. I chuckled at him and shook my head. "Wesley's really missing out."

"I know he is," I smiled sadly. I was going to have fun tonight, so I didn't care. As Keaton pulled up, Callie told me to run inside and get her purse for her. I hurriedly went to get it, so they could get going. I looked up in my room, in the kitchen, and in the living room and couldn't find it anywhere. I ran back outside to ask her where the heck she put it. When I opened the door, my mouth dropped.

"Cameron, I know I've been a pretty crappy boyfriend lately, but there's no way I would ever miss this night with you. Do you want to be my date to prom?" Wesley asked, standing there with a bouquet of flowers and a corsage. He was dressed in a black suit with a red tie and red flower pinned to his jacket. He looked insanely hot. I couldn't stop smiling, so I nodded and fell into his arms.

"I wish I wasn't wearing lipstick right now, so I could kiss you," I chuckled into his ear. He squeezed me tight and handed me the flowers and put my corsage on.

"It was so hard to get her to even get dressed, Wesley, so you're lucky your surprise worked," my dad said.

"You knew about this the whole time?" I asked shockingly.

"Maybe," my dad laughed.

"Let's go to prom," Wesley grinned, holding his arm out for me. We got a few pictures in front of the car he rented. Keaton and Callie took a separate car. We rode around a little while before heading to the school where prom was.

"I can't believe you would think that I would skip out on this day with you," Wesley said, grabbing ahold of my hand. He stroked the back of it with his thumb.

"I didn't think you wanted to, but I knew you were busy, and I didn't want you to feel bad that you couldn't be here."

"I hate that. If you want something, tell me, babe. Don't just assume that I'm going to be too busy for you. I would make all the time in the world for you," he sincerely said.

"I'm sorry. I just didn't want to stress you out," I sighed. "It's okay. You're here now, and that's all that matters," I smiled. He winked at me and continued driving. We reached the school, and there was a line of people getting ready to walk in. Wesley parked the car and got out to open my door for me. He helped me out, and held my hand on the way to the walk in start.

"I'm one hundred percent sure I have the sexiest prom date of all time," he mumbled in my ear as we reached the path. I looped my arm into his, and our names were announced as we walked to the doors. We smiled and posed for pictures as we made our way up the path. We made our way inside, and the hall was lined with arches and twinkling lights. There were lanterns hanging from the ceiling, and it was beautiful.

"This is magical," I said in awe. Wesley smiled over at me and pulled me into his side.

"See? You would've been so upset if we didn't come," he whispered. I grinned and pecked his cheek. We found our seats with Zac, Haley, Nathan, Keaton, and Callie.

"I have our own after after prom planned by the way," Wesley whispered to me, grinning like an idiot.

"Oh, really? And what would that consist of?" I teased back.

"Maybe a little of taking your dress off and messing up your hair and makeup," he winked. I bit my lip, going along with his teasing. We really haven't had sex in awhile because of his busy schedule, so I can't say I'm not excited.

"Oh, that sounds interesting," I giggled. We received our food shortly after, and everyone was carrying on their own conversations. Soon enough we got up to dance, and Wesley and I couldn't keep our hands off of each other. We were having the times of our lives, vibing to all of the songs being played. We were belting out all of the lyrics, not caring how crazy we looked. It was the most fun I've had in a very long time. While everyone else was grinding on one another, Wesley and I were making fools of ourselves twirling around and laughing. A slow song finally came on, so everyone settled down for a little bit. Wesley pulled me close enough to him so that there was no space between us.

"Thank you again for coming, Wes. It means more than you know," I mumbled while leaning my head against his chest.

"I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. I couldn't imagine this night with anyone else," he smiled, pecking my head. We danced in a peaceful silence the rest of the song. The night wore away rather quickly, which was sad because I wasn't ready to give Wesley up yet. It was nice having him back. For after-prom, we all went bowling. It was fun, but we were all tired and ready to go home. The more tired everyone else got, the more excited I got because it was just moments closer to having Wesley to myself.

"I can't wait to get out of here," I whispered in his ear while sitting on his lap. We were on the bus on the way back to the school.

"Is that so? And why would that be?"

"So I can do this," I mumbled, running my hand up his thigh. I was centimeters from his manhood when he snatched my hand. He grinned like an idiot while shaking his head.

"God I want you so bad right now," he whispered quiet enough for only me to hear. The bus finally stopped in the school parking lot, and we rushed to the car. I've never seen Wesley in such a hurry before. Since my dad was working, we went to my house. I think we had half of our clothes off before we reached my room. When I flew back onto my bed, I only had my panties left to take off. Wesley took no time in doing that.

"You're so incredibly gorgeous," he mumbled. He kissed trails all over my body, leaving tingling sensations after every mark. He finally got the rest of his clothes off in the process. Let's just say prom was not the most magical part of tonight.
