I was still seated by her side. It has been 4 hours since I entered her room again.
My hand hadn't left hers since then. I only wanted to see one of those marvelous smiles twirl on her lips.
One hour ago my parents came to visit again, it was almost midnight already when they came. This day had been the saddest yet luckiest day of my life.
She almost died, but the doctors managed to save her.
My parents also don't know what happened and why Martina was here. Everybody was pushing me to the limit to tell, but I promised her I wouldn't.
The police officers were getting really annoyed with me and they have started the research in Tini's house since they also figured out I really wasn't going to tell.
The only one who let it be was surprisingly enough the doctor who had been taking care of Tini. It was like he understood me.
I saw a sudden, gentle movement of Tini's body. I smiled before her chocolate brown eyes stared into mine.
"Baby" I said while I pressed my lips together of happiness. Without hesitating I pushed my lips onto her soft ones.
I felt how she had more energy to kiss me back, her lips were less purple.
I released our lips and looked at her twinkling eyes from the moonlight that shined through the window.
"You saved me" She whispered with a laborious voice. Her eyes showed an discomfortable, suffery look.
"I promised I would" I replied while again my lips came in contact with the softness of her forehead.
I noticed she was trying to move. "Do you wanna sit up straight?" She nodded at my question.
I sat next to her on the bed and lifted her small body somehow in my arms. She leaned half against the back of the bed, half against the side of my shoulder.
She looked content now, less pain was breaking through her eyes."I need to call the doctor" I said and turned slightly to push the orange button that was placed against the white wall.
In a rapid motion I twisted my arms around Tini's waist again while I held her pressed close against me.
The doctor came walking in and again, first walked to the machine. He then came towards us and checked Tini's pulse.
"You look better" He concluded. Tini nodded slightly.
"I'm feeling better" She shortly answered, I felt her nails prick in my side.
"You need some more rest and then we'll do some tests." The doctor then said. "He'll keep you company" He added with a little chuckled looped out of his mouth.
His body moved out of the room as only me and Tini were left. My eyes gazed over to her, she was still leaning against my shoulder.
"I missed you" I said close to her ear. One of the weakest but most genuine smiles appeared on her pinkish face.
"I did too" Her voice still sounded fragile. It hurted me to see her like this.
