After Chloe, Jaemin and Mark left the astronomy tower they all high fived on the good team work, then soon decided to go to bed as it was almost 9:30 and they had to finish some school work. They all walked together until Chloe and Mark had to break off to go into the Gryffindor dorm.
"Wait Jaemin!"
Chloe ran over to where Jaemin was standing and then kissed his cheek.
"Sleep well."
Then just like that she walked into the dorm leaving Jaemin standing there in shock.

"Why are you so happy this morning?" Jeno asked Chloe when she finally came down so they could go to breakfast.
"I know why she's happy. She kissed Jaemins cheek."
"Well damn. At least of of you is taking charge."
Chloe just smiled and started walking towards the Great Hall, very excited to see Jaemin.
She practically ran around the corner only to see Parsley all over Jaemin, kissing him, on the lips.
Chloe couldn't move and couldn't talk she just stood there with eyes full of tears that started to stream down her face before she could stop them.
"What the fuck is this?" Mark yelled walking closer to them as Jeno stayed to comfort Chloe.
Finally Parsley stopped and moved away from Jaemin with a smirk on her face, almost laughing at the sight of Chloe.
"Oh, haha, weird seeing you here."
"This is the only hallway to the Great Hall, how else are we fucking supposed to go to the Great Hall." Chloe said this, full of rage and sadness.
"No need to get so defensive, haha Gryffindors right?"
"What are you on about? Shut the fuck up, daft dimbo."
Parsley shrugged and then left having done what she came to do.
"Chloe..." Jaemin reached out for her, but she pushed him aside.
"Leave me alone."
Those three words made his heart break into a million pieces. The tears on her face plus the look of betrayal caused his own eyes to shed. He almost didn't want to go in there because he knew no one would listen to him and they would all be on Chloe's said as he knew they should be, but still he walked in and gave her space.
The room felt cold now that his right side isn't next to her. He wasn't hungry, his appetite was gone. All he wanted to do was cry and beat himself up. He knew it would be hard to come back from this, especially without being able to talk to her.
He got up and went to his room. He was skipping Transfigurations today and for however long it took to have her not be mad.
Back in the Great Hall Chloe also wasn't hungry and her happy exterior was shattered.
She didn't talk, she just listened to the others talk about why Jaemin would do that, but none of them were right.
"How could he? He talks about being in love and then he goes and does this. Right after she kissed his cheek."
"And with her of all people. That's fucked up big time."
"I'm going back to bed." Chloe said standing up.
"Do you want one of us to walk with you?"
"No, it's okay."
She started walking back to the dorm when she heard something that made everything else make sense.
