Lionstar padded up to the highrock. It was very close, but Brownnose has been voted guilty, {4;3}.
Lionstar hung his head. His friend was about to be banished from the clan. "Cats of BrightClan. You have voted, and the results were very close. But Brownnose has been voted..." He trailed off
"What? Move on with it!!" Cloudbelly yowled. Lionstar gulped. "...guilty." Yowls came everywhere from the crowd. Cloudbelly, Goldenstorm and Leopardpaw we're approving, while everyone else was not.
Brownnose yowled "Why would you..." Then stopped. Something no one else expected happened. He...laughed. "Took you fools long enough!" He was bowled over with laughter now, barely getting in enough room to breathe.
"How did you not see the signs? The fur, in Mistfur's claws? Mine, covered in blood so it looked red! And in Whitepelt's? Mine mixed with hers looked black and white! I wanted to ride the clan of the bad souls, but apparently not!" Still laughing, the tom padded through the undergrowth.

The clan thrived after that. Leopardpaw became Leopardmist, after her mother, and Whitekit trained as a medicine apprentice, becoming Whitepaw, then Whitepurr, after Whitepelt's habit of always talking. Leopardmist became Foxpelt's mate and gave two kits, Brownkit and Whitekit. (I know, another one XD)
Lionstar died soon after, seeing as he had only 2 lives when Brownnose left. Foxpelt became Foxstar and Cloudbelly became the deputy. Thriving well, BrightClan thought they were safe.
