Whitetail let out a sigh of relief. Her mate, Thorntail, was voted innocent {9;3}. She touched her tail tip to Silverheart's shoulder as she passed her sharing tongues with others and padded up onto highrock.
"My beloved clanmates. Our warrior Thorntail has been voted innocent by majority." She yowled. There were cheers from the crowd, but Silverheart and Lightspots looked wary. Whitestar shook her head. We will find the true culprit. She told herself. It's only a matter of time.
Thorntail is safe. For now.
