"Boys! Over here! Hurry!" Mrs. Huang motioned the boys over to her parked car.

Currently, the Nomin duo had just landed in Renjun's hometown, Jilin.

With their suitcases rolling along behind them, they made their way towards Renjun's mom. The woman was as bright as ever, a blinding smile plastered on her face.

"Hello Mrs. Huang." The boys greeted, bowing 90 degrees to show respect.

"Oh! No, guys, you don't need to do that!" Huiyin rushed to prevent them from bowing. "You guys are basically family to me, so there's no need."

"If you don't mind me asking, does Renjun know we're here?" Jaemin asked.

"Not a clue. I wanted to surprise him. He's been so down in the dumps lately, I wanted to give him a little something before the plan commences."

After a little bit more chatter, Jaemin and Jeno put their luggage in the trunk of Mrs. Huang's car, then made their way to the backseats.

"Are you two buckled up?" She asked, looking back at the two in the rear view mirror.

"Yes." The two replied in unison.

"Let's get going then."

"His room is upstairs, second door to the left." Huiyin instructed, putting on her apron.

"Okay, thank you Mrs. Huang!"

"He'll be home in 10 minutes by the way." She added, hearing the boys' footsteps start to hasten up the stairs.

She chuckled silently to herself, happy that her son was going to be happy again. Huiyin may lose everything after this, but she didn't care. Her son was happy and that's all that mattered. It wasn't like her husband had much dirt on her anyways. Most of the stuff were just stupid things that didn't even mean much.

"I'm home!" She heard her son announce.

"Welcome home Renjun!" Huiyin yelled back, feeling excitement run through her body.

"Hey mom, what are you making today?" Renjun walked into the kitchen, peeking at the various foods laid out on the counter.

"Oh, nothing special. Why don't you go and change first? You seem quite cold in that t-shirt of yours."

"Right. I didn't expect it to be cold out today. In the morning it was pretty warm to me." His mom hummed a response as he made his way to his room, carrying his backpack with him.
