"Okay, I hate to admit it but... dancing is pretty fun. I see why you do it."

Hoseok cheered triumphantly, spraying water at Yoongi, whined, but was smiling nonetheless. They'd just come out of the showers, because Yoongi wasn't going to "go out on the streets looking like a soggy and smelly potato sack." And no, before you get any ideas, they showered in different cubicles. Also, Hoseok had to hide his body from Yoongi for obvious reasons. It wasn't the most comfortable thing to be wearing a cap over wet hair, but compared to having Yoongi find out that he was a hybrid, that seemed like the better option by far. It was also a bit frustrating to not be able to walk around shirtless like other guys, but Hoseok was going to live. And maybe, just maybe, he'd be able to walk around with his ears and tail completely out too. It was a long shot, but Hoseok had faith that he and his kind would be accepted someday.

Yoongi picked up his bag, and motioned to the door. "You good?"

"Yeah, let's go." Hoseok said, hitching his bag onto his back too. "Where do you want to go for lunch?"

Yoongi answered almost immediately. "I'm starving. Let's get beef bulgogi."

"Oh yes yes!" Hoseok chirped. "There's a little restaurant right next door! I used to go a lot when I first started in the company."

"Sure, sounds good," Yoongi mumbled, distracted when he felt his stomach growl. They walked out of the Bighit building and Hoseok lead them to a store just across the street. A little bell tinkled when he opened the door. A kind looking waitress immediately greeted them, and guided them to two empty seats. "What would you two gentlemen like to order?"

Hoseok gave her the order, and she went off with a small bow.

Yoongi looked around the small but cozy shop. The smell of beef just seemed to cling to the air, and that only made him even hungrier. "I can see why you like this place," He commented.

Hoseok nodded, smiling. "Yeah, it's nice here. There was another shop like this near my home when I was younger, so this place means quite a bit to me." He and his sister used to have bulgogi every Friday for lunch. They went to the same middle school until Dawon graduated and went abroad for university, and that was when Hoseok stopped going as often. It just didn't feel right that his older sister wasn't sat beside him, cracking stupid jokes occasionally and talking about her dreams to start a fashion chain.

Yoongi smiled. The look Hoseok had on when he talked about things he loved was a look that made Yoongi warm inside. The younger boy already made Yoongi much happier as it was -  though the stubborn rapper didn't want to show it - and seeing Hoseok talk about his sister so lovingly made Yoongi feel like maybe there was some kindness left in the world after all.

"Two beef bulgogi's!" The waitress from earlier came over, placing the steaming dishes down in front of the two men. The aircon blew some of the smoke over to them, and Yoongi could smell the warm scent of beef and sauce. Without waiting, he picked up his chopsticks and put a piece of the food in his mouth, humming at the taste.

"It's good right?" Hoseok asked, grinning at Yoongi's reaction. He was glad Yoongi liked the food here as well. Yoongi didn't respond verbally. Instead, he just nodded, shoving more of it into his mouth, almost inhaling the food up. Hoseok giggled, taking a bite of his own bulgogi too. The taste was familiar, and it made him feel at ease.

The Sope soon-to-be-couple ate their bulgogi in a comfortable silence, eating quickly because they were still mindful of the fact that they had to be back at Bighit in fifteen minutes. It was more than enough time to eat, but strangely, Yoongi wanted more time with Hoseok. Yes sure, they were working in the same studio for hours a day, but that was for work. He wanted to spend more time with Hoseok in a park somewhere, finding out about the little things that Hoseok liked or didn't. Yoongi didn't know what to make of his feelings, and he knew very well that he wasn't straight at all, but he didn't want to think too much of it. He'd just go with the flow, and ask Hoseok to hang out when the opportunity came up.

Hoseok noticed that the elder was slightly more quiet today, but then that might also be because he was eating. Yoongi wasn't a very talkative person in the first place, and even if there was something bothering him, Hoseok felt that it wasn't his business to know. He'd love to help the elder, but he was worried that Yoongi might feel like they weren't close enough. Maybe later, Hoseok thought.

The two finished their meals and paid, then made their ways out of the restaurant, and out into the crisp air. Autumn was just starting to seep into the weather, and some of the trees had already turned into a soft orangey-brown color. Leaves scattered the pavement, drifting afloat as the wind took hold of them and swept them into the air.

Yoongi slowed down to take in the scene, and breathed in the cool air. His inner photographer was waking up, and he desperately wished that he'd brought his camera out with him today. Unfortunately he hadn't, so a phone would have to do.

Hoseok was walking slowly, head raised slightly so that Yoongi could see his jawline. His white beanie was tilted back on his head, and he had a content expression on his face. The sun shone at an angle so that he seemed to be glowing, and Yoongi swore that his heart stopped for a moment.

"Hoseok," Yoongi called softly. The younger heard his name and smiled, turning to face Yoongi, and heard a click. He was surprised for a moment, before smiling even wider. "Yoongi, what are you doing?" He laughed, going over to the smiling older.

Yoongi showed Hoseok the photo. "You just looked really aesthetic," Yoongi said. You looked fucking ethereal. Hoseok giggled, blushing slightly. "Thanks hyung," he mumbled. "Also you're really good at taking pictures."

Now it was Yoongi's turn to blush. "Thanks, I guess..." Yoongi didn't really know how to respond. Not many people actually appreciated his photography. Maybe because he never showed anyone, but that was besides the point.

"No problem hyung." Hoseok practically beamed, his heart shaped smile blinding Yoongi. "Now we should head back, or Bang PD-nim might get mad at us."

Yoongi nodded, and the two walked back to the Bighit building. As Yoongi listened to the calming sound of feet hitting concrete and wind whistling through the air, Yoongi realised something...

I have a huge fucking crush on Jung Hoseok.
