The boy tossed crumpled up clothes into the suitcase, glad to be leaving this hellhole. He didn't know when the luxurious room started feeling like a prison but either way, he was glad to finally be leaving it. Two weeks in this place felt like an eternity, as if he himself were conscious through the endlessness of death.

He flipped the suitcase shut, and checked one last time if he was forgetting anything. He checked the closet carefully, and made sure that every single drawer was empty. He patted down the bed to make sure there wasn't a sock or something hiding inside the blankets somewhere. While checking, his eye caught on a small framed picture on the bedside table. The picture rested innocently on the polished wood. The boy picked it up, and let his eyes soak it up for a very, very, long time.

It was a picture from more than a year ago. There was him from last year, and there was the man from last year. Arms around each other's shoulders, his head leaning against the other's. Beautiful fairy lights blurred in the background. So young, and so in love. For once, the boy thought, it wouldn't hurt to trust someone for once, would it? and look where that got him. Held prisoner by his own boyfriend. His own boyfriend, who he wasn't ready to let go of. Where was the man he fell in love with? Where was the man who told him everything was going to turn out okay? Where was the man who fell asleep with his head curled into the boys chest? Where did he go? Where? And why do I still love him?

The picture went crashing against the wall, the frame shattering, glass bits scattering on the ground. The boy snatched his suitcase off of the ground and stalked out of the room, and down the stairs.

Fuck your comfy bed. Fuck your expensive furniture. Fuck your beautiful fucking chandelier that I really want to shatter right now.

The boy stormed his way to the front door, where the man was waiting for him. Of course.

The man reached out to caress the boys cheek. "I'm really going to miss you, you know. You were much more than just a good fuck."

The boy clenched his teeth. You're leaving soon you're leaving soon you're leaving soon.

"And... babe, you've helped me so much with this. You have all my gratitude." He leaned in for a kiss, and the boy couldn't help but be slightly disappointed when he stopped. Disgusting. Even after everything he's done to you, you still love him, huh.

"I'm sorry for everything I did to you, but it was completely necessary, okay? I hope you understand that."

Despite himself, the boy found himself nodding.

"Now get home safely. I'll miss having you around. You really are a beauty, Jeon Jungkook."

The man pushed Jungkook out of the door, and before he could register anything, he was out in the streets with a locked door behind him, and no way to get home.

"Yoongi! Hoseok! Oh, please take a seat."

The two sat down on two small armchairs in front of Bang PD's desk, nervous about what he had to say. They submitted the few songs they finished just a day ago, and really hoped their hard work was worth it.

"You two seem a lot closer these days. I see Hoseok is still alive, so that's also a good sign."

The two shared a look and blushed. Bang PD, being the smart man that he was, didn't miss it. "If there's anything unrelated to the album that you want to tell me, then feel free to tell me after this."

The nervous couple looked straight ahead, not wanting to give Bang PD any more cues, or reason to believe that there might be anything going on between the two of them.

"Now, as for the songs." Bang PD rested both his elbows on the table and leaned his chin into his hands. Yoongi and Hoseok both sat up straighter, mentally preparing themselves for the criticism.

  "Yoongi."

Yoongi fidgeted in his chair. Even though he had been in this position almost too many times to count, it was nerve wracking each time.

"As always, you've done a splendid job with the rapping and lyrics. I also like that you gave Hoseok some composing freedom too, and that it wasn't just you doing everything - yes, I can tell. You have a very distinct style, and so does Hoseok. There's a reason why I accepted him into Bighit in the first place. Altogether, the three tracks sound really good. They're catchy, and it's a perfect mix of both of your styles."

  Yoongi smiled. "Thank you."

Bang PD gave Yoongi a nod, before turning to Hoseok.

"And Hoseok. I can see how much you've improved since you joined, which wasn't a long time ago, and I'm proud of you. There isn't much for me to say, except well done. I can see a lot of potential in you and your music."

Bang PD gave Hoseok a smile, and leaned back in his chair, now talking to both of them. "However, I think your lyrics need a few melodies. If I can, I'll find you some singers to do that, but if I don't, you might have to start singing yourself."

Yoongi must have paled by a few degrees because Bang PD laughed. "No! No, I'm just kidding, don't look so scared, Yoongi. Though dancing isn't such a crazy idea. I might have you start dancing some day."

Hoseok laughed quietly with his hand over his mouth, catching a glimpse of Yoongi's mouth hanging open like a goldfish's.

"Aside from the singing, everything else is wonderful." Bang PD put his hands together with a clap, as Hoseok and Yoongi thanked him.

  "Now."

The two boys looked up, and Yoongi raised an eyebrow in question.

"Forgive me if this is too personal of a question, but would I be wrong to assume that there is anything going on between the two of you? You're not in trouble, don't worry."

Yoongi and Hoseok shared a look. Hoseok nodded his chin and Bang PD, as if saying We should tell him. Yoongi got the message, and turned back to Bang PD.

"No, sir. You wouldn't be wrong."

Hoseok held his breath. Meanwhile, on the other side of Yoongi's almost bored expression, his heart was beating a hundred miles per second, and he was definitely getting pit stains from this.

Bang PD, looked from Yoongi, to Hoseok, then back to Yoongi, then back to Hoseok.

"Huh." He began. "When I paired you with Hoseok in the beginning, I was hoping that opposites do actually attract, but I didn't think it would work this well. No wonder why you two look so uncomfortable sitting so far apart. I should buy a larger sofa or something."

Hoseok giggled. "Thank you, sir." Yoongi nodded in agreement.

"Okay boys. It was nice listening to your music. Now go make more brilliant music. I will try my best to find a few singers. Be on your way now.

The two of them bowed and thanked Bang PD, before walking out of his office door. Before it completely closed, they heard him yell: "One last rule, no PDA in the corridors!"
