"Okay. Let me interrupt." I ask, putting my palm out. Sasuke-sensei narrowed his eyes but remained quiet. Dad just rubbed his temple with his two fingers, sighing."Now what? Fourth time, Boruto." Sasuke-sensei said in an impatient voice. I snap my fingers and give a smug look.
"Ahem. I think its okay if I interrupt, due to me not knowing about the truth for about FOURTEEN YEARS... give or take." I say, grinning. I got them in a corner. They winced and nodded their heads, awaiting my newest comment on the romantic comedy drama the adults in my life were a big part of. Like seriously... How have I not known my guardians past love lives could be like and anime or a manga series? Maybe even one of those cheesy K-Dramas Hima makes me watch on Netflix when its her turn for Friday Night Shows. Although they are quite satisfying.
I cleared my throat, crossed my legs and arms, sat up straight and gave a proper, respectful look.
"WHY ARE THE YOUNGER VERSIONS OF YOURSELVES SO FREAKING DENSE? IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT A GIRL? IS THIS HOW YOU EVEN GET A GIRL? LIKE... WHAT ARE YOU GUYS ACTUALLY THINKING?" I yell. Then I uncross my legs and arms, slump into the couch, put a lazy look back on and motioned my ginger for them to continue.
Dad and Sasuke-sensei's eyes were twitching, and their mouthes were open. I sigh and roll my eyes.
"It means to go. Talk. Speak. CONTINUE." I hiss. Sasuke-sensei clears his throat and nods.
"Ah, yes. Where were we?"
"You feeling guilty about potentiality hurt my mom in the future. Oh and that football game."
"Of course. As we walked..."
SASUKES POV:
As we walked to the field house and grab our practice dummies, we head for the large stadium and the team begins practicing. The feeling of the place overwhelms me. I couldn't wait to beat those Sunagakure Tails team... and I'm pretty sure the rest of my team, Konoha Beasts agreed whole heartedly with me. As the captain of the still undefeated season, I had a lot on my shoulders... I had to carry the team. I called the team over and had Gaara tell the team what he told me this morning... how strong the Tails team is.
I ran a hand through my hair, sighing. I heard some of fiercest foes from Gaara, who recently joined the team. He said that a guy named Sasori was really good at defense, and another guy named Baki was vicious when ball came into his hands.
"Be careful, guys. it'll be a hard play." Gaara said, waving his finger. The rest of the team looked a but nervous after Gaara said terrifying things about the Tails team. Murmurs rose, and the confidence of the team was dwindling. I had to do something, raise their spirits.
"HEY!" I heard an annoying voice yell. It was the dobe... I'll let him handle this. He's decent at making everyone feel good. He is good for somethings.
"HEY!" Dad yelled, and punched Sasuke-sensei. He shrugged his shoulders and continued.
"YOU GUYS REALLY GONNA LET THAT TEAM CRUSH OUR PLAYS? WE'RE UNDEFEATED! WE'VE GOT SASUKE, A SUPER GREAT CAPTAIN! SHIKAMARU, THE SMARTEST QUARTERBACK, COMING UP WITH GREAT WAYS TO DEAFET THE OTHER TEAM. SO DON'T YOU GUYS DARE LOSE HOPE. WE ARE GONNA WIN!" He hollered. Cheers and whoops were made, and I smirked as I walked towards my dumb friend.
"Thanks, ursurantokachi."
"Anytime, teme."
Someone tapped on my shoulder, and I turned around, seeing Shikamaru. He was yawning as he held out a pice of paper. I let out a huff, and give a smile.
"Plays?"
"Plays."
Shikamaru Nara was a genius at anything and I.Q over 200, but the thing is that he had literally no motivation. But when the time is right, his smartass brains will get the job done. I think the only reason were are undefeated is because he made our strategies.
"Thanks, man."
"Uh-huh." And there he went, back to his lazy, tired self.
"Yo, Shikamaru made a play. Gather round, I'm gonna explain it once. After that, your on your own, guys." I yelled. The team gathered round, and I throughly explained what my lazy ass friend wrote and drew.
"I expect the best of the best tonight. Do well. Go change, the games starting in thirty minutes." I finish, flicking my hand as a motion to change. The guys jogged out, hollering that they wouldn't let me down. Only people left was just me and Naruto.
"What? Go change, dumbass." I say as I walk towards the locker rooms. Naruto jogs up and stops me.
"Yeah I know. But, I gotta ask you something."
"Ugggghhhh what?" I annoyedly mumble as I continue walking. He walks with me, and talks.
"I'm feeling sick."
"Nope, your not backing out of the game dobe."
"I..its not that. I get sick around Hinata."
Oh, my, god. I cannot believe this dense idiot.
"I know, right?" I say excitedly, earning a glare from Dad.
"Like what?"
"Like, I get these weird nausea feeling. And my heart beats fast. And my cheeks burn. You think I've got ebola, or something?" He worriedly said as we walk into the locker rooms.
"No, dobe, you don't have ebola." I groan, giving him the look that-your-so-stupid-its-actually-infuriating as I open my locker door and pull of my shirt.
"THEN WHAT? WHAT IS THIS?" He yells as he puts on his jersey and pants.
I can't tell him. I can't tell him.
"Figure out." I mysteriously say, waving my fingers around magically as I yank on my jersey and pull on my pants, then locking my locker door. He stares at me confused, and I walk out back to the stadium.
"OKAY, YOU KNOW WHAT? YOUR ANNOYING AND ITS MINE AND HIMES STORY. SO NOW LET ME TELL! MY STORY!" Dad screams as stands up and waves a fist in front of Sasuke-sensei's face. The now talkative man shoves my father to my ground and sits in a crossed position. Dad wails on the ground, and I gape, seeing how childish and idiotic my father really is.
"Okay, okay. Boruto asked anyways, for my part."
"I DON'T CARE, MY TURN."
"Fine, talk."
"Okay, ready, Bolt?"
I sigh and cover my face.
"Whats with that face cover?"
"Your so embarrassing, Dad."
"HEY!"
"Anyways, continue."
