It was cold. The breeze of the December morning pierced through her skin like a blade. It was a sharp sting. Her feet crunching into the new fallen snow. College was called off. "its a snow day" her friends said. "we should go out and have fun" they all screamed over the phone at her. But she didn't listen. She didn't care. She wandered through the town, the snow becoming more muddy as the people walked through.
Her friends ran in and out of huge shops. She stood outside. They yelled at her, jokingly. "Lani, get in here!" the screamed in joy. She didn't answer. She didn't want to be there. She replayed her mother's words in her mind as she asked herself how she managed to wind up here. Her mother's voice echoed through her head.
"it would be good for you to get out. You haven't eaten and you've Bearly slept since he left. Go and have fun. I'll make steak for dinner!"
He. Him. Her mind always on him. He was her thoughts, her feelings, her everything. But he left. Didn't say why. Just fucked off and left her with all her depression and anxiety. Still, he told her he loved her. Bullshit. He left two months ago. She hadn't heard anything since. Asshole. But she loved him.
No she didn't
Yes
No
Yes...
She didn't know
Why did he leave.
Why...Why felix?
