Hello! So, I really dislike writing author's notes since I feel like it breaks up the story and blah blah blah, but I think this is an important enough announcement for me to to do this! First of all, I want to apologize for my slow updates. Long story short, lots and lots and lots of work. Yes, I have been able to write chapters, but slower than I actually want to. Plus, they are ending up shorter than I would like them to be. I like a chapter to be AT LEAST two or three thousand words long and I like it even better when they are longer than that, but alas, that has not been happening. Forgive me for that. Next, I want to address the elephant in the room. Well, really the elephant on the AMOUNT OF READS AND VOTES THIS STORY HAS! Like damn! It is honestly shocking to see this story have over three thousand views and a hundred and forty four votes! I am honestly surprised you all vote for my story. Yes, I have worked hard on this, I have spent countless hours on this book, and I have tried to create a story like no other, but this honestly just makes me so happy! I frankly don't get much praise for my writings since I mostly keep them to myself, but this story was me going out of my comfort zone. Before I started writing, I honestly HATED sharing my work (still kinda do but its no one's fault but mine). I thought everyone would be really judgmental of me and tell me my writings were no good. For years, I have hid in my room writing for hours on end, creating something no one could ever dream of but me. At least, I would hope it is only me. Fun fact, I once spent 18 hours in my room writing. That was a very long day... Yet, I found an app called Wattpad and downloaded it out of curiosity. Once my friends found out I had it, they pressed me into publishing a story, since they had themselves and wanted to add me into the mix, but they had no clue I wrote. I am a very strong willed person so I was able to say no to them for about 6 months, until I realized this could be my chance to grow as a writer. Obviously, this is a fanfiction and the second story I have written on this account of mine, but hell, has it been fun! Fanfiction has just been a fun past time when I don't have another story engraved in my head. I am actually in the process of writing a book I plan to publish, as in you can get one in the library or buy it in a store. You could say that Wattpad gave me the confidence to write not only for myself, but for the public eye. Funny thing is, I despise all my stories. I know what you're thinking, WHAT?! Well, I do! Even though I can publish my writings, I never think they are good enough. If I re-read a chapter of mine I cringe or start ranting in my head about all my mistakes. It is crazy to see how much my writing has improved since I first started. Kinda scares me how bad I was. *Shivers* Any feeling of happiness about a new chapter only lasts for about 5 minutes before I start hissing about everything wrong with it. SO MANY FLAWS, SO LITTLE TIME TO FIX THEM! How do you all deal with my crap? I wanna say thanks for all the support, even though I still hate my writings, I am glad someone in the world enjoys them. It is probably going to be a while before I publish any of my actual stories on this account though... Next thing is that I am taking requests! Do you have any pairings in this story that you want to happen with any of the side characters? Maybe a new villain for Mystique to fight? Or even a concept for Mystique's and Hisoka's relationship? It can be anything you want! I'll do what I can to make it happen if I like it! Almost done guys! Do you all like Blue Exorcist? I have just started writing a story on it called The Devil's General! Every school has its ghost story, and True Cross Academy was no exception. The only difference is that this ghost is quite real, and it's awaiting its return. It is most definitely a work in progress and is bringing in a original character of mine that can only make matters worse or better. I personally enjoyed making his character quite a bit.
