chp 28 "he expressed!!"

"How's you dear? Must be long journey? Ya? " Pari, Ronit's sister asked.

"Yeah!" Ronit replied.

"Why don't you take rest, I will just prepare some food till you wake up?" She said smiling, we were about to reply when a little voice of 'mummy' came from inside.

Pari smiled and looked at the direction. I saw a cute little boy that made an entry. He was quite smiliar to pari. Then I realised when she visited us back, she was pregnant.

"Come here kartik, see who came to visit you!!" She chirped.

Little boy looked at us, and then ran to my left landing directly into his uncle's arms.

"Mamu...I missed you soooo much" he said widening his hand in both direction. I just smiled at his ethics.

" Well, I too missed you bhaut saara(too much)" He too was smiling widely.

Kartik eyes fell on me and was just staring me. little three year boy eyes where trying to recognize me and I didn't know what to say. But before I could say anything Kartik asked.

"Who is she?"

"She is my friend, kiddo, say Hello" ronit said.

"Hi.." he said shyly.

Well that that was different.

"Hi, how are you, little man?" I asked.

"Fine."

We chatted little longer but were interrupted by a call.

"Hello..." Pari answered.

"Oh, Hey....yup.... Accha listen... Ronit came to visit us ...yes.. hmm... hmm... come soon OK...bye" she said and made her way towards us.

"Pritish said he will be back soon at evening." Pari informed us.

"You both take rest" pari suggested, "Ronit you know about the guest rooms are, take her till there. I need to take kartik to his Tution."

"Yeah, come Angel, I will show you the room " Ronit said standing ho from the sofa.

We went to the room. I got fresnup and decided to take a nap, well I didn't knew when this nap got longer and when I woke up, it was dark outside.

Well I slept the whole day!

I got out of the bed and again freshnup and went down, just to be greeted by a cute scenario.

Kartik was in the shoulder of Ronit who was running in random direction . Kartik would giggle now and then bouncing on the shoulder while Pari was arranging food on table.

I saw Pritish was helping his wife and stealing glance of her.

Pari saw me and nodded to join. I obliged and went down.

" I didn't knew I slept" I said little embarrassed.

"Its OK , I was just about to wake you up for dinner."

"Do you need any help?"

"No dear, its all ready" Pari replied.

"Well, I am pritish, her husband" pritish said extending his hand for shaking.

I shook hand "nice to meet you, I am Nikita"

"Come on dinner is ready" pari called out and ronit and kartik made their way towards us.

We ate the dinner in silence and as I overslept, sleep was miles away from me.

"We will be going tomorrow" I was pulled out of my thought when I heard ronit voice.
