It was a weird feeling, all of it
Taehyung has had someone he used to like. He's familiar with the term of love and to like someone because he did. He did for a long time in high school but like always things didn't turn out like the books he had read and he sure wasn't his friends either who got every person they desired
Because he was him
And him was not enough
He was over it, told himself that love was nothing but a myth. An illusion so you won't feel alone just like imaginary friends you had when you were young, because you felt alone
So love isn't any difference for him, a crush who wants nothing but to get laid. But it isn't the person he likes fault, it's his. It was his fault for liking every person who he knows wants to get in someone's pants rather than actually talk to you
So he learned that it was best to stay away from any kind of love. But why do he feel like this again
Why does his stupid new roommate with the stupid name has to make his stupid heart feel like this
Why did he had to come in from completely nowhere and Just- Just
He just couldn't, he was never ready for any kind of things like this. He was petrified, scared that he won't be someone Jungkook would love. That he would in the end realize that he should have never kissed Taehyung. That his just a dumb person who doesn't know himself
So he started screaming, piercing cries in his ears. He couldn't control anything it all just happened, his mind just happened.
As if he could block all the sound, block his own screaming he held his hands against his ears. Everything in his body wasn't following him, he was shaking. Why was he shaking
He didn't notice when the door flew open, nor did he stop screaming but only got awful when he catches the concerned eyes of his roommate running over to him
He couldn't stop himself, he was hating himself at how he was starting to yell at Jungkook who was trying to get a hold of Taehyung who avoided all his tries leading to more screams filling the room
He wanted him to get away, he was scared so scared he didn't want Jungkook to leave him, he didn't want the other to one day get tired of him. They should have never met because right now he didn't know if he would handle Jungkook leaving him
He liked him to much for that
"Tae look at me, Taehyung!"
Jungkook shouted, fear was in his eyes when he saw the blonde like this. And when he yelled the other slowed down his screams, replacing them with broken cries that made Jungkooks heart break in million pieces
He finally got a hold of the crying boy and took him in his arms, lifting him up to his lap so he could keep him as close to him as possible. To afraid to let go of the blonde anytime now
"Everything's Okay angel, I've got you now"
Jungkook whispered softly into the others temple as he swayed them gently
"I-I-I don't want you t-to leave me"
Taehyung cried as he said, his face buried between the others shoulder and neck
"What? Is that what you think, that I'm gonna leave you?I would never leave you, never"
Jungkook said, starting to kiss the side of the others head as he tightened his grip around the other causing Taehyung to start calming down
"You're the most important person to me Tae, and I know it's hard to believe but you're special. You're so special that it's so hard to prove it"
He continued. Brushing some strands of hair from the blondes eyes before kissing his tear stained cheek.
He started wiping away the tears with his thumbs, their skin brushing against each other softly
"I'm always going to be here beautiful"
Jungkook reassured, leaning in to peck the others lips before wrapping his arms tightly around the other again and laying them down on the bed
His hand playing with the others blonde hair gently while they looked each other in the eyes. And Taehyung wanted so much to show him how much the words leaving the ravens mouth meant to him
"I'm always going to be here too"
Taehyung mumbled, his eyes slowly closing taking him to peace, but he could still feel the soft lips against his forehead
"Yeah, I would really like that"
Jungkook returned, smiling to himself as he brought the blonde closer to his warmth.to afraid to let go
