• your hair and skin is really dry
• you get headaches a lot
• you can't concentrate most of the times
• you feel dizzy
• you're sleepy
• you're throat is dry
;TIPS
• cold water taste better than warm
• get your own water bottle so you can carry it with you wherever you go
• add fruit to your water or try drinking tea
• set reminders on your phone
• everyone is different ( on good days i try to drink at least 2,5 - 3l water ) but don't drink less than 1,5l
