Dean POV

"Emma, come on I got to get going!" I yelled has I got my bag together.

"I don't see you in here trying to give two demons a bath!" Emma yelled back.

I walked towards the back of the house and saw that Emma was struggling to keep both kids in the tub.

"Really calling our kids demons?" I asked has I leaned against the doorway.

"Cole John Winchester, keep your butt in this tub." Emma said has she sat Cole back down in the tub.

"But Daddy is about to leave!" Daisy said has she tried to stand up, only for Emma to sit her back down.

"I'm not going anywhere until your done. Let Mommy finish your bath." I said.

Before I could say something else, I heard our front door open and Sam's voice fill through the house. "Dean, I thought we were supposed to be on the road by now!" Sam called.

"Uncle Sammy!" Both of the kids yelled.

"I'll be right back." I said has I kissed Emma's head and walked out to meet Sam.

Has I walked out to our living room and saw my 6'4 long haired brother, waiting impatiently by the front door. "I'm just waiting to say bye to the kids and Emma, then we can head out." I said.

"Okay, but I definitely want to head out with a vampire's nest doing some damage down in Nevada." Sam said.

"I know, I do too. Did you already say bye to your family?" I asked him.

"Yeah, Amelia was actually getting Mason and Charlotte ready for bed too. I said my goodbyes and walked over. It's weird that we used to go for months without seeing someone we know, and now if we leave for a week we have to say our goodbyes. Crazy how life turns out." Sam said.

Right then, Emma walked out holding Daisy and Cole ran up to hug me. I lifted my six year old son up into arms.

"Wow, you guys are getting so big." I said has I hugged Cole.

"Did you get everything you need?" Emma asked has she looked down at my bag.

"It's just going to be a week, I promise." I said has I walked over and kissed her.

"Don't forget that I'm not just some house wife. I like to be out there saving people just like you do." Emma said and I couldn't help but smile.

"I know baby, and it's your turn next. I promise. You and Amelia can go out together." I smiled and pulled her in close.

"Just stay safe out there okay? I need you here, no matter how big of a pain in the ass you are." Emma said has she kissed me, the kids trying to push us apart has we did so.

"I will always come home to you. There's no one else that I want to bother in this world besides you." I smiled.

"Daddy!" Daisy started reaching for me and I switched with Emma so I could hold Daisy.

"Alright we need to make a deal okay?" I told her.

"What Daddy?" Daisy asked.

"You aren't allowed to grow up anymore." I said has I started to kiss her repeatedly, causing her to squeal.

"Daddy stop!" Daisy laughed.

"You two need to be good for Mommy okay? Uncle Sammy and I will be back in a week and that means you guys have to be extra good. Okay?" I asked has I put Daisy down and grabbed my bag.

"I want to go Dad! I want to save people!" Cole said.

I had to stop for a minute and I made eyes with Sam, we all knew the day was coming where we had to make the decision on what we were going to tell these kids.

"Cole, Daddy has to go. Why don't we get to bed and we'll talk about it when he get's back?" Emma says has she herds the kids closer to her.

"Come on Dean, let's get going." Sam said has he tugged me towards the door.

"I love you guys, I'll be back in a week." I said has Sam led me out the door.

Sam and I walked out to the driveway, where our '67 Impala sat in the driveway. The car that we got from our father and the car that has been like our home since our life was on the road. We threw our bags in the backseat and started to head down the road.

"You okay?" Sam asked has he pulled out his laptop and started getting his research out.

"I mean, have you thought about what you are going to tell Mason and Charlotte?" I asked him.

"Of course I have. I mean the last thing that I want to do is ruin their childhoods but I also want them to be prepared. All of kids have two parents who are hunters, it's not like they won't find out and it sounds like they already have a clue." Sam said has he looked at me from the passenger seat.

"My kids are only six and two, they can't know about monsters or hunting yet. I don't want them to get hurt in this, I would never forgive myself." I said.

"Dean, Mason and Charlotte are only four and one, you really think I'm looking forward to that?" Sam asked.

"None of us are looking forward to this, but just because we look the other way doesn't mean that the day is still coming. We got to figure this out." I said.

Sam took a deep breath and looked down at his notes, "I always thought that this was so black and white, you either hunt or you have a family. Now that we are doing both, I thought at first that it was going to be okay and now I'm starting to see why you make a choice." Sam admitted.

"Look, let's just go save people, gank some vamps, and then we get back let's sit down to come up with a plan." I said.

"Sounds good." Sam said has went back to looking through his notes.

Emma POV

I got the kids into bed and pulled the sheets up over the both of them. "Alright you two need to get some sleep." I said has I tucked them in.

"But we want Daddy to tuck us in too." Daisy whined.

"I know, I want Daddy here too. But you know that Daddy is only going to be gone for a week. That means that it's only going to be Mommy tucking you in for the next seven nights okay?" I said.

"I want to save people, like you and Daddy." Cole said.

Cole looked so much like his father, with his candy apple green eyes staring back at me with all the hope in the world in them. He was so innocent, everything was so pure still, and I knew that I couldn't ruin that for him.

"That's why one day you should be a police officer, or a fireman, you'll save people everyday." I said has I stroked his brown hair.

"But we know Daddy is a hunter." Daisy said.

I didn't know what to say or what to do. I didn't want to do this without him and I didn't want to make this decision without him. "It's time to go to sleep guys. I love you." I said has I kissed the both of them.

Right when I stood up, I heard the front door slam and I immediately reached for the blade in my waistband.

"Amelia?" I called has I got closer to the door.

It wasn't Amelia.
