On my way out of the house, when I got downstairs I saw Sam in the kitchen turned around. I was kind of confused because Colby said they were all asleep.

"Hey, Sam." I said.

"God dang it!" He said dropping the cup he was drinking from.

"Oh my god, Nancy! I didnt know you were here!" He said as he bent over to pick up the pieces of glass.

"No no no!" I said going over to him.

"What?" He asked.

"Never try and pick up glass. Even if they are big pieces. Its really dangerous. Also you have no shoes on. Hold on a second." I said running and getting the broom. I swept up the glass and Sam stepped out of the kitchen.

"Well now that that happened, what are you doing here?" Sam asked me.

"Oh well, Colby couldn't get ahold of any of you to pick him up so he called me to get him from Brennen's. He assumed you guys were asleep." I said.

"Oh weird. He didn't call or text me." He said. I got confused. If Colby needed something he would try to get ahold of Sam first before anyone else.

"Me and the guys were all hanging out. We never got any calls or texts." Sam said. I realized what Colby was doing and rolled my eyes.

"So you are telling me that Colby called me first to get him from the party because he wanted to see me?" I said. Sam laughed.

"Yeah. That is what I'm saying." We both laughed.

"Well, I'm glad. We worked somethings out. We are okay now." I said. Sam smiled.

"Good. I'm glad. You guys needed it. Colby really needed it." Sam said.

"What do you mean?" I asked him.

"Well since you guys broke up, Colby has been sleeping around trying to find someone to take your place. He couldn't find anyone and he has been getting drunk a lot. We all have been worried and asked him about it but he always ignored the subject. We all knew it was because of the break up. We just decided to let him go on unless it got really bad. Then we would have gotten him to rehab." Sam said. This made me even more worried. I knew that he would drink sometimes but not to this point. Me and Sam talked for a little while longer until I saw that it almost one in the morning.

"Oh wow. I need to get going." I said getting up.

"Unless you want to do a 3 am video with me." Sam said. I looked at him like he thought I was some damn fool.

"That would be a hell to the no." I said.

"Oh come on! Whats the worst that could happen?" Sam said. I looked at him like he was the damn fool.

"Oh I dont know! Get haunted by the midnight man, play a hide and seek game with a demon, A DOLL WALKING!" I exclaimed to him. He just started to die laughing.

"Okay fine. Maybe another time." He said wiping a tear from his eye. I chuckled. We looked at each other.

"You know we all missed you here. It was like a part of our family was gone and we couldn't do anything about it. It sucked, Nancy, but we get why you had to leave for so long." Sam said. I smiled at him.

"Thank you, Sam. You have no idea how much I thought of you guys while I was away. I hoped that you guys were doing okay and that the house was staying clean." I looked around.

"Only one of those happened, though." I chuckled. Sam did too.

"We tried for awhile but it just went down hill from there." He said.
