Hyunjin's POV

We've finally arrived at the grand church as I was the first one to come out the car.

I opened the car door for Y/N as she struggled with her gown to get off the car but gladly, I helped her.

She successfully get off the car as she smiled at me.

I closed the car door as the car drove away to be greeted by my grandfather.

"Ah, you two are almost late but exactly right on time..." My grandfather said to us.

He gestured us to follow as we follow him inside the grand church.

As soon as we entered the church, we were greeted by the large and shining chandelier hanging above us.

"Woah..." Y/N said in awe as she parted her mouth.

"You two are now ready?" My grandfather asked us as we nodded at him.

Y/N's POV

The maids picked up the extra length of my gown as Hyunjin stood beside me.

I'm so nervous...

I feel my sweat gathering up my forehead and about to ruin my make-up when Hyunjin held my hand.

I glanced at him as he glances at me too, giving me an assuring smile that everything will be alright.

The musicians started blowing their trumpets as the other people turned their attention towards us.

We now made our way towards the archbishop who's now waiting for us at the front.

I walked slowly, trying to catch up with Hyunjin's movements as we walk towards the archbishop.

When we finally made it to him, the maids carefully let go of my gown as me and Hyunjin sit down on our thrones at the same time.

The people became silent when the archbishop made his way on front of us.

"Prince Hyunjin and Princess Y/N..." The archbishop trailed off as we take our oaths

"Will you solemnly promise and swear to govern the people of this Kingdom of Korea, and the dominions there to belonging, according to the statutes in Parliament agreed on, and the laws and customs of the same?" The archbishop asked us.

"I solemnly promise so to do" Hyunjin said to the archbishop as I pretended to know what to say.

"Will you to your power cause law and justice in mercy to be executed in all your judgements?" The archbishop asked us again.

"I will" Hyunjin and I said, but I kinda said it a little but late.

"Will you to the utmost of your power maintain the laws of God, the true profession of the gospel and the Protestant reformed religion established by law, and will you preserve unto the bishops and clergy of this Realm, and to the churches committed to their charge, all such rights and privileges as by law do or shall appertain unto them, or any of them?" The archbishop asked us again as I almost gave the archbishop a look of annoyance.
