Part 46

Jihoon's POV

I was walking around the palace when I saw someone coming straight to me.

"Where is my daughter? Is she okay?" A man asked me.

I believed that he is Y/N's father...

"I'm sorry sir but I actually don't know, but I think she's at the garden right now since she wants to go somewhere peaceful..." I said to him.

"Thank you..." He said as he walks away but I stopped him.

"Sir, I just want to let you know that she cried because of him..." I said to Y/N's father.

"Because of Hyunjin?!" He asked me, as anger showed a bit in his face.

I nodded at what he asked.

"That guy..." Y/N's father said as he mumbled the last parts, probably cursing at Hyunjin.

"I need to find Y/N..." Y/N's father as I nodded.

I smiled at him before he left when I saw Hyunjin walk inside a room and I decided to follow him inside there.

"Hey..." I said to him as I entered the room.

"What do you want?" Hyunjin asked me as he turned around to face me.

"Why did you do that to Y/N?" I asked him angrily.

"It's not real, I did not cheat on her..." Hyunjin said to me.

"You're lying-" He cut me off.

"I said that it's not fucking real, what do you want me to say then? That it's real so you can have her all to yourself and be the new king of this goddamn palace-" I cut him off as I punch him in the face.

"You're a fucking douche, Hyunjin. I thought so wrong about you, Y/N is crying because of you right now..." I said to him as I grab his collar.

"Don't you ever dare to make Y/N cry again..." I added as I let go of his collar harshly and leave him alone in the room with a bruise on his face.

Hyunjin's POV

I watched Jihoon walk out of the room, slamming the door shut as I touch the bruise on the face as it stings.

"FUCKING- AH!" I shouted as I smash the vases inside the room.

"You're such a fucking idiot..." I mumbled to myself as I punch the wall and tears flowed down my eyes until my phone suddenly rings.

I look at my phone to see who's calling me and it was Chaeyoung.

I declined it as I throw my phone on the floor that caused the screen to crack but still working.

I walk around the room as I heard my phone buzzing again.

I look at it and Chaeyoung was calling me again.

I decided to answer the call.

"Chaeyoung, can you stop fucking calling me? I don't want you anymore, my life is now ruined because of you!" I shouted through the call.

"Hyunjin, please...listen to me, for just one minute..." Chaeyoung said to me.

"What is it?!" I asked her, angrily.

"I'm so sorry, Hyunjin...I heard about the news and I didn't expect that this is gonna happen-" I cut her off.

"Your sorry can't do anything about it, Chae..." I said to her.

"Hyunjin, I'm so sorry, can we please meet up?" Chaeyoung asked me.

"I don't wanna meet up with you again, it's just gonna get worse..." I told her.

"Please, please...it's just gonna be quick..." She said to me.

This should be the last time...

"Where do you want to meet up?" I asked her.

"It's just near the palace, I have my guard with me..." She said to me as I walk out of the room.

There's still many people outside as I find my way to sneak out of the palace.

Chaeyoung's POV

I was waiting for Hyunjin to come around as I walk around the place when he finally came.

"Hyunjin..." I said as I walk towards him.

I was about to hug him when I remembered.

"Hyunjin, I'm really sorry again-" He cut me off.

"Stop with the sorry...it's not gonna help..." He said to me as I nodded.

"Okay, I-I just regretted what happened, I really didn't mean to kiss you, i-it's just that I still love you but when this happened, I'm r-really shocked, I thought no one is gonna catch us but I was wrong, I've destroyed my life here in Korea, they started to hate me now..." I said to him as he cut me off.

"You think you're the only one, me too, and I even lost the one that I really love..." Hyunjin said to me.

"Hyunjin, I really didn't mean this to happen, I should have stop forcing you to go back to me, I finally realized that I should have let you go..." I said to him.

"I should have knew that you're already happy with her...and get over the fact that you're now in love with someone else..." I said to him as I look down on the ground.

"I'm so selfish...and I hate it. But hope that we can still be friends after this..." I added as I bring out a necklace.

The necklace that Hyunjin bought me before in our anniversary.

"I'm finally letting you go, Hyunjin. I want you to give this to Y/N..." I said as I grab his hand and handed him the necklace.

"Y-you said once t-that necklace is for someone that m-makes you happy, right?" I asked him as my tears finally rolled down my eyes.

I look at him and saw him staring at the necklace.

"Y-you should give that to Y/N now..." I added.

"Chaeyoung, we have to go, some people are coming and gonna see you both..." My guard said to me as I nodded.

"I'm going back to Australia, Hyunjin. My life here in Korea was ruined because of me, my assistant told me that I should move to Australia now..." I said to him.

"C-can we have a quick hug for the last time?" I asked him as he nodded slowly.

I pulled him in a hug that lasted for 5 seconds.

I walk back to the car and look at him for a one last time.

"Goodbye Hyunjin..." I said to him as I get inside the car.

My guard started driving away as I watch Hyunjin standing there alone with the necklace in his hand.

I love you Hyunjin and it hurts to leave you, but it's for our own good...
