Part 49

Y/N's POV

I woke up in the morning to see Jihoon staring at the window as he looks at me.

"Oh, you're already awake..." He said to me.

"Have you been here the whole time?" I asked him.

"No, I just woke up and I decided to check on you..." He said to me as I face my side to see no one.

I always remembered Hyunjin sleeping beside me...

I get up from the bed and walk towards the bathroom to wash my face and take a bath too as I glance at Jihoon.

"Uhm..." I said to him.

"Oh, I'm sorry, how rude of me..." Jihoon said as he walks out of the bedroom.

I look at the bathtub and turn on the water to fill the tub as I remembered me and Hyunjin taking a bath together...

-Flashback-

I let my head lay down on the edge of the tub as I close my eyes and relax when I heard the bathroom door open.

I immediately turn my attention to it, to see Hyunjin in a bathrobe.

"Oh my gosh- Hyunjin-" I said, quickly turning my eyes away from him.

"What are you talking about?" He asked me.

"I-I'm taking a bath here..." I said shyly to him, still not looking at him.

"Mind if I join you?" Hyunjin asked me.

"W-what?" I said, stuttering when I heard what he said.

"I'll take that as a yes..." Hyunjin said to me as he waited for my answer but nothing came out of my mouth.

I slowly look at him as he's about to take off the bathrobe that made me look down on the bathtub and shut my eyes close.

I soon felt him dipped himself inside the bathtub.

"W-wait, I did not say that you can get yourself in the bathtub-" He cut me off.

"I'm as tired as you last night so please..." Hyunjin said to me, looking at me straight in the eyes.

-End Of Flashback-

I strip my clothes off as I get in the bathtub and think about Hyunjin.

"I wish I could go with you, Hyunjin..." I said as I clean myself.

After taking a bath, I stand up from the bathtub and dry myself with a towel as I wear a nice dress, I also brushed my teeth.

"That dress literally looks good on you..." I heard Hyunjin's voice from behind as I immediately turn around but he's not there.

My smile slowly faded and turn into a frown as I walk out of the bathroom.

I walk out of the bedroom and walk downstairs to see Hyunjin's grandfather, Jihoon's mother and Jihoon already eating breakfast.

"Y/N, come sit beside me, let's eat..." Jihoon said as I made my way beside me and sit down on the chair.

"Y/N, let's eat..." Hyunjin's grandfather said to me as I started to eat.

I glance at Jihoon's mother who's looking at me.

"Y/N, do you know something about being a queen of Korea?" Jihoon's mother suddenly asked me.

"Huh? Why?" I asked her.

"Just tell me..." She said to me.

"Uhm, I only know a little, I only know that you will rule the whole Korea and like that..." I trailed off.

"Hmm, why did you even become a queen..." Jihoon's mother mumbled as she continued to eat.

I look at Jihoon who's glancing at his mother before looking at me

"Don't listen to her, my mom is always like that..." Jihoon said to me.

"What are you talking about, Jihoon?" Jihoon's mother asked him.

"If you want to be a queen, you should know how to rule a country and all the rules of it! Oh wait-" Jihoon's mother trailed off.

"You're just arranged to get married, so you don't know anything about it..." Jihoon's mother said to me as I look down on my food.

"Mom, you have to stop talking..." Jihoon said to her.

"What? I'm just saying all the things that a queen should know..." Jihoon's mother said to him.

"Isn't that right, Y/N?" She asked me as I slowly nodded.

"Y-yeah, your mother's right..." I said to Jihoon.

"All the commoners and simple people shouldn't be a queen or a king, they have to stay where they are..." Jihoon's mother said to us.

"I'm sorry about what my mother is saying right now..." Jihoon mumbled to me.

"I-It's okay, I'm fine with it..." I said to him.

Hyunjin's mother is better than Jihoon's mother...

I wish they're still here...
