Two - ( Dance practice )

You and Jaemin had been a couple for 2 and a half years now. And the both of you met because of your cousin, Lucas, who was in the same dance team as Jaemin.

Their team was qualified to enter the international dance competition next month so the team practices frequently for almost everyday.

This made Jaemin very dedicated to practice every day to make sure he performs the dance routine perfectly.

And as a supportive girlfriend, you were always there for him even when he stays up too late, practicing.

It is now 5:30pm and still quite early to go home in your rented apartment. So, you've decided to check on him.

"Babe, where are you? I'll go visit.😛" you texted him as soon as you finished the last page of the project you were gonna submit the next day.

"You don't have to, just go home and rest! I promise I'll be fine. But I'm at the dance center now hahaha 😅"
Jaemin replied immediately.

You just can't wait to see him, especially since he was busy the past few days and didn't have much time to meet you. Before heading to the dance center, you've decided to buy snacks for him at the nearest convenience store, just in case he gets hungry during the practice.

Powerful music can be heard from the dance center as soon as you arrived.

You slowly entered the studio, not wanting too much attention. You looked around to find where his place was and saw how sweaty your man is, making you feel proud of how dedicated he is with his craft.

Even if he was just wearing his plain white shirt and joggers, he still looked stunning and cool.

After the whole routine, you quickly got your chance to hug him even if he was too sweaty.

"Goodness! You're gonna be sweaty too, y/n!" Jaemin said while having his precious smile plastered on his face.

"I was just too excited to see you, nana, so it's fineee" You said while you held his hand and led him to where you sat earlier.

"Here, eat some snacks before you practice again!" You added.

"Thanks babe, you surely know what i like huh?" He sweetly said while munching on his food.

Soon after, the members decided to call it a day but your man still doesn't want to go home since according to him, he was still stiff and needs to practice some more.

It's already 9pm and you had been watching him practice for almost 3 hours now

You quietly watched him dance. Being half worried and half proud.

You asked him to rest for a minute when you saw that he frequently massages his back from pain.

He quickly sat infront of you while trying not to let you see his pain.

"Nana, don't pressure yourself too much. Your health might be affected again because of too much practice." You said while wiping the sweat on his forehead with your bare hands.

"I'll be fine babe, you don't have to worry. It's late you better go home and sleep. Let me just fix my things and i'll accompany you home."
He looked at you with comfort in his eyes.

He then stood up and was about to fix his things when you grabbed his wrist and looked at him straight in the eyes.

"You know It's not fine! You know very well that your back can get affected again because of too much practice, yet you still over work yourself." You sincerely said while trying not to be a cry baby like you were before.

He knew that his surgery was not yet 100% well. But since it was his and the team's dream, he tries his very best to dedicate himself in practicing.

"I'm sorry if i make you worry all the time." He sighed in defeat, sitting in front of you again while kissing your knuckles.

You know how stubborn Jaemin is, and you also don't want him to be stressed because of this matter so you just smiled at him and said -

"Turn around, i'll go massage your back."

"You're not mad anymore, right?" He said while turning around, facing his back at you.

"How can i be mad at a guy who deserves all the love in the world?" You said while chuckling.

After applying the ointment, you massaged the part where he always felt pain. He hugged you as soon as you finished massaging his back. Yet you continued to rub his back to lessen the pain you knew he kept for a long time.

"Ahh I'm so lucky to have a girlfriend like you, y/n. You always knew my pain and I thank you for sticking with me for the past years." Jaemin said, while you hummed in response.

Since Jaemin is still studying, he focuses on his studies in the morning and uses all the time in the evening for practice alone.

"As long as you take good care of yourself, this lady will stick with your hard headed ass through everything." You said as you emphasized the 'hard headed ass' part.

"I'll make sure that i'll be healthy and and i promise to get the 1st place in that competition!" He proudly said with his husky, tired voice.

"Let's go home. You look like you need to rest, babe." You said as you kissed his forehead.
