Two Worlds Collide

Chapter 6.1

Heart P.O.V

I woke up to the smell  of pancakes, bacon, eggs,

And other various breakfast foods. I turned around, and Khalil want there. I brushed my teeth, changed, and went downstairs. I found him sitting at the table eating. “Morning, sunshine,” he said. “Morning,” I replied, sitting on his lap. He wrapped his arms around my waist. “You know Dig and I are going to the studio today right?” I nodded. “So, why don’t you go to the mall with Meghan, and we’ll pick you up when we’re done, then I’m all yours tonight and tomorrow.”  He said to me. “I don’t have money to go shopping, and I’m not going to take money from you. I don’t care how rich you are,” I said. “Baby, its fine. Just take my card and go buy some things for yourself. I’m not taking no for an answer,”he said. He got the card out of his pocket, and planted it in my hand. “Now, go get ready, we leave in an hour.” I got up and went to go change. We decided to take another car because we wanted to go to other stores besides the ones in the mall. We shopped for about 3 hours, then decided we would go see Khalil  and Diggy in the studio. 

Khalil P.O.V

“Aye, I’ll be right back,” Diggy said. I was in the studio by myself now, messing around on my phone. I heard the door open and close. I looked up to see Jade. My ex from a year ago.  I broke up with her because she was a gold digger, and she was a whore. “Hey Lil’.” She said smiling. “Jade? What the hell are you doing here?” I said, surprised. “I just came to see my boo,” she said. She was walking closer and closer. She started to rub my chest and abs. “Jade, I’m not you’re ‘boo’ anymore, alright? you need to stop touching me, and you need to leave. I have a girlfriend, ok?” She started kissing me. I tried to push her off of me, but she had pinned me against the wall. When I finally pushed her off, I looked up to see Heart, crying in the doorway. “Heart I-” “SAVE IT! JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!” She ran off. I got in my car, and followed her home. 

Heart P.O.V

I got in my car and headed home. I can’t believe he cheated on me with her! I didn’t even know who she was! I ran upstairs, into my bathroom, and found a razor blade. 

Khalil P.O.V 

I walked into the house, calling Heart’s name. I ran upstairs into our room. The bathroom door was cracked open. I saw Heart on the floor crying. There was a razor blade on the ground with blood on it. She was in her underwear. Her leg had multiple scars, and a few fresh cuts. “Heart, stop!” She stood up and hit my chest. “You stop! Leave me alone! Just leave me a-.” She broke down in my arms crying. “I’m sorry, Heart. I’m so sorry.” I wasn’t going to try to explain to her what happened, or ask her why she did this to herself. At least not right now. I took care of her cuts, and just sat on the bathroom floor rocking her. I guess she cried herself to sleep. I carried her over to the bed and kissed her forehead. I don’t know why Jade decided to come back, and I don’t know why Heart would do this to herself. If I hadn’t come back when I did, she could’ve kept cutting herself, and ended up losing too much blood. I was just glad she was ok. We’d talk in the morning.

Heart P.O.V

I woke up to see Khalil standing next to me with breakfast. “Hey baby.” “Hey Khalil. Thanks for the breakfast.” “No problem. Um can we talk?” He asked. “Uh, I guess. What about,” I asked him. I knew exactly what he wanted to talk about. “I just wanted to explain what happened yesterday. I was in the studio by myself because Diggy went to go do something. My ex, Jade came in. I told her that she needed to leave because I had a girlfriend. She pinned me against the wall, and by the time I could push her off,  you already had your mind made up of what happened. Please believe me Heart.” A tear ran down his cheek. “I believe you. Now, I think I have to explain myself. ” I said. “You don’t have to tell me this if you don’t want to.” He said. “I want to. Your my boyfriend and is something you need to know before we go any further with this relationship.” I was going to tell him everything.
