Three weeks later

I now was about to begin touring with the band. Time flew by so fast! I mean in three weeks I had to learn the setlist, and even though I already knew the songs from being a fan, I still was incredibly nervous of screwing up.

My life was now on course. I never knew I could feel so happy and free. It was as if joining the band, released the aching weight that was put on me by my parents and past self. All of a sudden I gained more confidence and could see more potential in myself, than anyone had ever told me in my entire life. And let me say, this feeling is absolutely great.

Spencer and Brendon were awesome too, we really connected throughout the last couple of weeks. I mean every Friday we would go out after rehearsal and just hang out and be friends.

I now actually had friends. Wow, that's weird to think about.

It was one of our Friday night outings (the last one before tour) and Brendon and Spencer were getting hammered.

Since I was raised Mormon I never had much interest in drinking.

"Psssssssttttt Dalllooooooon

Psssssssttttt hey Dalllllllooooon."

Spencer spit at me using the smallest form of secrecy.

I walked over and leaned in close.

"Hey um wanna, wanna hear a secret?" He whispers then draws attention with his loud laugh.

This is why I don't drink, because stupid things happen when you don't care. Although, I was curious to hear what this was about.

"So so you know Brendon?" Spencer asked.

"Ugh yeah, what about him." I replied trying to contain my laughter.

"He totally digs you. HA HA can you believe it? It's like Ryan all over again, I mean he never shuts up about you. Just be on the lookout." He winked then burst into tears, he had no idea what he had just told me. What it meant to me.

My hands started to tingle and my face grew red.

He likes me. HA HA he thinks I'm hot! Calm down Dallon, Spencer's probably lying I mean he is wasted.

But what if he's telling the truth?

I bombarded myself with 'what if' questions the rest of the night out at the bar. I couldn't keep my eyes off of Brendon, his beautiful... well everything. And the fact that he probably liked me, was just unbelievable.

I went to the bar to collect my thoughts once more. I sat next to Brendon who was turned the other way chatting away with Zack about the upcoming tour. I ignored them and stared at my glass of coke. God, in times like these I wish I would drink.

Then, something odd happened.

My hand was by my waist, dangling, and all of a sudden I felt something approaching.

My eyes peeked down to see that Brendon's hand had attached to mine. He still hadn't turned around but he knew what he was doing. He was holding my hand.

Holy Shit.
