Today's our first day back at school. I'm not sure if I'm ready to face reality. With Reo gone, I'm not sure if I will be able to control my temper like I use to. He's the reason Candy's still alive.
I've been in more than one situation where I almost shot her in the back, or stab her to death.
"I know your worried, but you'll be okay" Blaze said, snapping me back to reality. I'm currently standing in front my full length mirror, looking over my outfit. I was wear a black high top air max, black baggy jeans and a black lace crop top. I sigh, sliding on my face glasses, grabbed my black oversized sweater, pinning my hair up.
"You'll get through this, I know you can" he said, kissing me gently. I returned his gentle heart melting kiss, grab my bag and left.
I met Madison, Mandy and Bliss in the kitchen, grabbed and apple and left.
"So, first day back, what are going to do when you see Ace again" Bliss ask, sliding into my car. Sliding in, starting the engine, I shrug. To be honest, I almost forgot about him. I haven't seen him all Christmas nor New year's. He's the last person I want to see.
"I don't know, it's a plan as I go situation" I reply, putting on my favorite song, 'lush life'. We sang along as I drove us to school, tapping the wheel with my fingers to the beat.
Pulling up on school group, I literally had to honk the kids out of the way. I groan as I finally park my car.
Stepping out of the car, I roll my eyes and groan mentally at the sight of miss popular witch.
"Lookie here, the diaper twins and blisterine" Candy said modeling over to us.
"Good to see your still picking up strays Valora" Layla laughs, looking at Mandy with an evil smirk.
"Just ignore them V, you can do this" I murmur to myself, closing my car door and walked off.
"Don't let them get to you, remember, control" Madi said, rubbing my back to calm me. I smile shyly, opening me locker I threw my bag in and took out my bio book. Since it's a new term, meaning new schedules, but same classes.
It's usually collected on the first day of school, but since KB was going through the school files, he just copied and printed our schedule.
I had bio with Bliss, and Madison had econ with Mandy.
We parted ways and went to class. Entering the class, Bliss pulled me to the back beside a dark blue hair girl with dark flawless skin.
"Hey Gemma, this is Valeria" Bliss smile, pulling the girl into a tight hug.
"Oh, hey" Gemma said, pulling away from their embrace.
"Hey" I smile, taking my seat. During the class, all I wanted to do was get it over with. I've been pick one for various questions.
After class, I packed up said bye to Bliss and left. Meeting up with Madi at our locker.
"Where's Bliss" she ask, looking around.
"With her friend, hey Mandy" I said, waving at Mandy who was lost to the world.
"Ouch" she squeak, rubbing the spot Madi pinched.
"What are you staring at" we ask simultaneously, following her gave.
"Oh........." Madi said, rubbing her back, to calm her. But by the look on her face, it wasn't working.
She was already four months ahead. But you can hardly see it due to her ba
ggy sweater and her bag that she keeps in front her.
"You can tell him you know, I mean, he's one of us now, and if he rejects you and your baby, remember we're all here for you" I smile, giving her a side, one handed hug.
"An if he does you tell me, I'll blow his brains out" Madi suggest, holding her hand like a gun and pretended to fire. We laugh, shaking our head.
"Thanks guys your the best, I'll tell him" she smiles.
"I don't think that a good idea" Bliss said, walking over to us with Gemma and another chick.
"Why's that" Madi ask, resting her hands on her hips.
"Cause him and Candy got back together" Mandy's face fell, looking over at him. As if one cue, Chloe appears by his side, clinging to his a arm, he smile kissing her then walked off.
"No ambition" I roll my eyes, rubbing Mandy's back.
"Don't let them get to you hun" Bliss said, pulling her into hug.
"I'm fine" Mandy smiles, her lips your smiles, but her eyes were hiding hurt.
"Oh guys, this is Gemma and Alex" Bliss said introducing us to the two girls. Alex was a blonde with gray eyes and slim built.
"Hey" we said simultaneously, waving.
"I better get to Math before the hag has my head" I said, taking my book from my locker and was about to leave when Gemma stops me.
"I'm coming too, I have miss Leona too" I nod, walking off with Gemma trailing behind me. As if I'm going to bite.
Entering the class, I groan when I saw Ace and his friends sitting around the back where I normally sit. I shrug taking a seat the front with Gemma.
"So, what's up with you two, broke up so soon" Gemma ask, nudging me, I chuckle shaking my head.
"Not in the mood for an overprotective jock sticking to me like a leach" I said, booking my math book.
"I know the feeling" she state, texting on her phone. I jolt up, feeling someone wrap their arms around my waist. I shrug, knowing exactly who it us. Looking down at his hand, I saw a silver ring on his ring finger. Taking a good look, I was surprised at the appearance. It was silver, with small words encrypted in it, the logo of the Mexican flag in a shield. There was a writing in the middle but I couldn't make it out.
"I missed you" he said, pecking my cheek, I roll my eyes, turning to face him with a fake smile.
"I'd say the same" I said, giving him a tight smile.
"Hurtful much" he sighs.
