Speeding past car after car,  putting the car in mid 2nd gear. Pull the handbrake while turning into the corner, pressing on the gas. Stealing a quick glance in the rearview mirror, the car was still on our tail. Seeing a clear opening, I smirk.

"Oh god" I heard my sister mumble. Going a good twenty mph, lock the transmission into a low gear to provide maximum torque, Turn the wheel hard and floor it. Zipping past the Audi with a wide smirk.

"Your fucking crazy" my sister exclaim. With one last heart wrenching drift, we pulled up at the beach.

"Gotta love a good drift" I said, looking around for the Audi after exiting the car. Gladly there was no site of it. Pulling out my beach bag, I locked the car and walked along side my sister. Stepping on the sand I pulled of my sandals and pushed them in the side of my bag.

"Who do you think that was" she ask, after pulling out her shades.

"I don't know" I answered putting on my shades, starting to walk over where we saw a few guys and two girls playing volleyball.

"I took off the plate number and sent it to KB" she replied, digging her toes in the sand as we walked. It's been a while since we've been to the beach, I almost forgot how good it feels to be out here.

Everything about the beach was amazing the fresh ocean breeze, the beautiful waters, and the times you spend with the people you care about while splashing them. I just wasn't a big fan of sunburn.

"That's good knowing him we'll get it by tonight" i told her.

"I told you they won't look good" I heard someone exclaim, looking ahead I saw Ace rolling his eyes at what Candy said, and Mandy was laughing, even the other guys.

I sighed, nearing them Ace smiles.

"Glad you guys made it, don't mind Candy" he sighs, taking our bags and resting them with his gym bag.

"Are you guys going to join us, you can be on Ace's team" Jason said walking up to us.

"Sure" I said looking over at the volleyball net, and the other five guys.

Taking a seat, I sprayed on my sunblock, and pulled off my cover up revealing my bathing suit.

"DAMN!!!!" I heard the guys exclaim, but ignored. Pulling my hair up in a messy bun, I made my way over to the guy's, joining Ace and my sister.

"You look.... Amazing" he flush, rubbing the back of his neck.

        Wait!!!! What?????

Ace, Ace Prince blushed. Someone call the cops, I think they cloned Ace and forgot his brain. This is crazy, inviting me out was weird enough for him. Now the niggas blushing.

       This is messed up.

"Surfs up" I heard one of the guys exclaim, slapping the ball over the net. Which was slapped back by my sister, giving us the win.

During the game, I was feeling uneasy. I was either getting stares for the guys here, are our little friends are back. I stole a few glances at the road but no sign. But it still felt like I was being watched.

After the game, I went for a quick dip. Swimming out to border and back. Sitting on the shore, wiggling my toe in the water.

"I'm glad you came" looking over my shoulder, I saw Ace taking a seat next to me.

"Glad you invited me" I smile, looking down at my feet in the water.

"Yeah..... I always wanted to ask, I just thought you wouldn't like me, and say no" he admits, turning to face me.

"Why would you think that, it's not like you've done are said anything to make me hate you. Why would you invite me anyways I'm a nerd" I ask, staring back at him.

"Your not a nerd, and the reason I invited you was, because I kinda like-" he pause, staring at me intensely, his cheeks turning red. I sighed, giving him a small smile.

Stealing a glance over his shoulder, I caught a glimpse of a guy with black hair standing by the food shack. I don't know why I found him of all the other guys suspicious, but there was something about him.

Looking back at Ace, who has his attention glued out on the water. I shrugged, placing a hand on Ace's shoulder. Feeling relax at my touch, made me wonder what he wanted to say.

"Ace, what was it that you wanted to say" I ask, slightly squeezing his shoulder.

Instead of answering, he crashed his lips on mine. At first I was shocked, not just by his action but because of all the girls he could've chosen, he chose me. Before I knew I started kissing back.

His hand snaking around my waist, pulling into him. My hands resting on his hard chest. Somewhere in there I was expecting more, butterflies, fireworks, maybe the warmth. Pulling away slightly resting his forehead on mine.

"I was saying that I like you Valeria, a lot actually" he shrugs, caressing my cheek. I flush, i don't know if I blushed because of what he said, are because I wanted to.

More then anything I wanted to forget, forget my past, forget him.

Feeling someone drilling holes in my forehead. I glance over Ace's shoulder one more, I gasp, coming in contact with a pair of dark blue eyes glaring at me and sending daggers at Ace.

My eyes water at the site of him. His raven black hair faded around he sides leaving a perfect flow at the top. His hands clutched in a tight fit making his veins pop out.

Before I knew it, I was on my feet, looking him dead in the eyes.

He smirked, turning on his heels before walking off. Why is he here?? What does he want?? There are so many questions but so little time. Before I knew it I was running off in the direction he went, avoiding my sister and Ace's call.

I watched as he disappeared from my site. Stopping a the side of the road, I saw a blue BMW zip pass me. That's when I caught a glimpse of him smirking widely at me.

Dropping to my knees, wondering to myself. What the fuck is going on?????.
