The rest of the bus ride was just about the game. I was speechless when Ace confessed, I didn't reply cause I didn't wish to lie to him. He deserved that much. I pulled in my ear buds and laid on his shoulder with my hands wrapping around his neck.
Within minutes I was out like a light.
I still couldn't believe it, he loved me, why? We started dating a not even for a week and he loves me. That can't be right, in no way is that right. It took Blaze and I mouths of ups and downs to get to that point.
An love at first sight doesn't really go for a jock. Does it??
Of course not, you'll wake up soon, I mean you've been asleep since Ace invited you out, you'll be awake soon.
My inner thought has a point. I'll wake up soon, I'm probably in a coma in the hospital. Right!!! Say right.
Feeling my pocket vibrant, I bolted out of my sleep. Reaching into my pocket, pulling out my phones. Seeing that it was my work phone, I placed the others in my pocket and answered.
"Hello" I answered softly, Ace smiling at me before turning back to Nathan with his dare.
"We have a problem, where are you" KB asked in panic mood.
"Going on my trip to the Forest why" I asked, hearing a door open and close in the background.
"You can't go into the forest, remember the gangs that I said were in town" he ask, I answered with a simple 'yes' and he continues.
"Well one of the gang was the Red devil's, which is Blazes gang and the other is the Cartels. The licensed plate number I got from scarlet, I've been keeping track of it and its now in the same forest your heading. By the coordinate, they're not far from the camp sight" he explained.
So I guess it's a good thing I brought my guns. But unwanted assholes in my town, it's not going down like this.
I know I can't curse are order to kill them in English cause everyone here speaks English and I can't in Spanish cause Ace speaks Spanish. So instead of speaking their language I decided to use our secret code words that only true Little Divas knows of.
"Lisba" I said simply, Madison head snap towards me. Lisba, means kill them. So I guess our trip will be filled with scaring students running from gun shots.
"You got it" he answered, I hang up. Looking up to saw most of the bus population looking at me, before resuming their game.
When we finally arrived, everyone rushed off the bus, Nathan was the only one kissing the ground and saying "O how I miss the sweet ground, I'll never judge standing again".
Making our way over to the camp sight. I smiled when I saw my dark blue standing tent. While the jocks got into their tents and the nerds and the teachers set up theirs.
Stepping inside, smiled seeing the two red blow up beds, a cloth standing wardrobe, a big blue and white igloo with snacks, our laptops and tablets with the chargers. I know what your asking how are we going to charge our gadgets in the wild.
Simple, I have an old hide out in the mountain. With AC, electricity and all. I haven't been there since I get the warehouse on the docks. But most of my victims die there.
An to bathe, I know of a stream that runs fresh spring water from the mountain. So this should be fun.
Closing the zipper on our tent, I dropped my bags and collapsed on one the beds.
"Why the code word" Madison ask, plopping down on the bed beside me. I sighed, keeping my voice down as i told her everything in Spanish. When I was finished, she shrugged and nod in understanding.
"Did you bring the thing" I ask, referring to the guns.
"Never leave home without it" she smirks, pulling one from her combat boot, then putting it back.
"So what about Ace, I mean, aren't you suppose to give Blaze an answer" I laid still, trying to wrap my head around it. I do still love Blaze but I can't break Ace's heart like that. But I can't lie that I love him, sure I lie a lot, but I wouldn't want anyone to lie to me about loving me. So I can't do that to Ace.
"I don't know" I said barely above a whisper.. Hearing the teacher call out to us, I was a bit relieved to end the conversation but worried about what Ace and his friends might ask.
Standing, I fixed my shirt before making my way out and stood close to Madison once she closed the tent.
"Okay we'll start off by placing you all in groups. There will be three groups, four boys and five girls since there's more girls than boys, you'll pick your group names and we'll instruct you from there." The lady teacher said.
"Step forward when you hear your name for the first group" the male teacher call out, calling the name of the first group then the second, Lila getting picked for the second group.
"An the last group, Valeria, Madison, Candy, Mandy, Derrick, Ace, Jason, Nathan and........ Bliss" the teacher called out. Who's Bliss???
"So now you pick a name" the lady teacher says.
"We'll be called, 101" Alex said, for group one.
"We'll be Starbucks" Dana answers for the second group.
"Group three how about you" the lady teacher ask.
"How about the little devil's" I suggest, everyone head turn towards me.
"Why" Candy hiss.
"It the two gang, little diva's and the red devils. Take the little and the devil, you get the little devil's" I explained, they nod.
"I like it" Jason, Nathan and Derrick said.
"Then it's settled, Now let's begin the first challenge, you'll be hunting for food, fruit, anything that is eatable, you have two hours, first group back wins. You may start now" the lady said, pointing for us to go.
Everyone ran off in different directions. Unlike the rest of them Madison, Ace and I walked side by side, through the forest. I knew this forest like the back of my hand this should be a snap.
