I nudged Michael in his sides to get his attention and pointed at Calum when he was looking at me. "He's smiling at his phone like a total creep, what do you think he's doing?" I whispered into my boyfriend's ear.

He turned his head away from me and looked at the boy who sat at the other end of the couch.

"Dude!" He threw a pillow at his friend. "Are you getting some or why are you looking at your phone like that?"

"You are an idiot, Michael" I mumbled more to myself than to the others in the room.

Calum looked at us a little confused. "Um... no."

"Who is she?"

He bit his lower lip to try to hold himself back from smiling. "I'm not chatting with anyone. I just..." He trailed off and looked at his phone again. "Adley, you follow her, do you know here?"

I stood up and sat down next to Calum again, looking at his phone where I could see a twitter profile, I didn't need long to recognise her.

"Yeah, that's Nathalie! She's one of my mutuals. She has a band, they did lots of 5sos covers and she's really talented and a sweetheart. They play in small venues, in bars, at universities, kinda like Twenty One Pilots started of, they play mostly in Sydney though."

"She plays bass, right?"

I nodded.

"Damn, she's made for you" Michael said who was standing behind us now and looked at her profile picture, "And she's really ho-"

He stopped himself when I glared at him.

"No, no, no, I didn't want to say what you think I wanted to say" he started rambling nervously, "I just- I just- I just wanted to say um that she's uh... really... um... that she can be really happy that Calum likes her!"

I was still glaring at him.

"And I'm gonna sit down and keep my mouth shut."

I nodded. "Yeah, do that."

"I love you" he said nervously chuckling and I tried to hold myself back from grinning while looking back at the picture.

"Her band was at our last four concerts, they always performed a few covers of our songs while queuing and they are really good, and I don't know... I just admire the way she gets lost in the music while playing. You think she'll be at the show tonight too?"

I nodded smiling, "I know she is, she tweeted that she would see you guys five times in a row, so this is your last chance, buddy."

"Last chance for what?"

"Man up and ask her out."

"I don't know anything about her, I can't do that."

"Of course you can, that's exactly how you will get to know her."

"I don't know..."

"Come on, Calum, you clearly want to get to know her and even if you end the evening with the decision that you two wouldn't work you will still have made her very happy, then I may or may not know that you are her favourite."

He smiled and hit the follow button on her profile.

"Ask her out, we're still here another day and you can meet tomorrow, that's very spontaneous, but who cares?"

"Yeah... you're probably right, I should do that, but I'm actually... uh... a bit shy."

"So is she, you'll be okay. How did you even find her profile?"

"I looked for her band on YouTube."

"Have you seen their cover of Why Won't You Love Me? It's so good! And Nathalie's vocals are on fire."

"No, I haven't."

He immediately opened the YouTube app on his phone and looked for the video. I could see how he also followed their channel and smiled while watching him staring at the screen.

"Wow, they are really good" Michael, who I totally forgot about, said after they finished the song.

"Shut up you."

"I'm sorry, kitten, I love you so much and you are the hottest person on earth?" he said like it was a question.

I ignored him and gave Calum my full attention again.

"She also plays ukulele, she covered a few songs on her Twitter."

"Really?" He opened the app and looked through the media on her twitter account, short after he found a cover of Broken Home.

"Her voice is... wow."

"I know." I opened twitter on my phone as well. "She's freaking out about your follow at the moment by the way, she would probably die if she knew that you are still stalking her."

"I'm not stalking her, wait, am I stalking her?"

"Yes you are, mate."

"I told you to shut up, Michael."

He pouted and looked down at his lap.

"You are stalking her, but that's fine, don't worry."

"Have you ever talked to her?"

"Barely, a few dm's, we were already mutuals before Miley became a thing and then she always defended me over hate and stuff, the most interactions we had were replying to each other's tweets or liking them though. But she has always been very kind and sweet and you'll love her, believe me."

"If you really ask her out you are definitely getting some tomorrow."

"Hey, Michael, what if I tell you that you're sleeping on the couch tonight?"

"No, kitten, darlin', you can't do that! I beg you not to do that! I need to cuddle with you!"

"You both are acting like you are married" Calum added smirking.

"Well, we can make that happen" my boyfriend said with a cocky grin on his face.

"Worst proposal ever, especially since I'm mad at you. You are sleeping on the couch."

"I can make it up to you tonight after the show." The same smug grin was still plastered on his lips as he winked at me.

I nodded to myself, "Yep, the couch it is."

Michael continued pouting once again and I looked back to Calum.

"Try to look exceptionally good tonight."

"So I usually don't look that good?"

"Of course you do, you always look good!"

"So you can say something like that, but I can't?"

"If I was you I would shut up right now and not say any more, Michael."

He lowered his gaze again sulkily and I smiled at how cute he looked.

He knew I wasn't really mad at him, but he was definitely going to sleep on the couch that night.
