On the next day Michael and I were as close as ever, we talked, had fun, everything was the same.

With the small difference that we both seemed a little nervous around the other one, but we just ignored that.

I made breakfast for us all, with Aiden and Ashton's help. Well, if you could call that help. Ashton was singing along to the songs on the radio while Aiden kept telling me what I can do better and that I should hurry.

Exactly the kind of help I wanted.

At least I got Aiden to set the table and Ashton to make coffee.

On one hand they were extremely annoying, on the other hand it would have been boring without them.

When I finished making the pancakes Aiden got Luke, Calum and Michael and we all ate.

This time the mood was pretty good. We were all quite happy that day.

"What are we doing today?" Aiden asked.

"We don't have any plans, just spending the day together."

"Oh, right! It's Silvester, totally forgot that" I exclaimed when I realised that 2016 was about to end.

Michael laughed, "You don't say, love."

Aiden never heard Michael calling me love before and of course he chuckled beside me and gently hit me with his elbow.

"I hate you" I hissed to my brother and he instantly quietened.

Michael giggled lightly.

Damn, this boy gave me some really weird feels.

-

"So, what are you planning on doing?"

"You know that it's pretty weird that you almost begged the others to go grocery shopping with me alone."

Ashton giggled. "Did you see Michael's face when he asked if he could come with us and I just said 'no'?"

"I really hate you, Ash."

"No, you don't" he laid his arm around my shoulder after I got a few things in the trolley, "You love me, Ley. And I mean you see how jealous Michael gets, that has to mean something."

"Yeah, that he, not you, invited me and now I'm spending most of my time with you."

"And you'd prefer to spend your time with Michael instead of me?"

"Yep."

"Rude."

"Deal with it."

I shook Ashton's hand of my shoulder and got more things we needed while walking through the supermarket.

"Back to you and Michael."

"Ashton?" We suddenly heard a voice behind us and turned around. A girl, just about two years younger than me, stood behind us and looked up to Ashton with sparkling eyes.

"Can we take a picture?" she asked shyly and smiled.

"Of course." Ashton nodded, and she took her phone out of her pocket. She handed it to me after I asked her if I should take it.

"You are Adley, right?"

I looked at the girl, surprised that she knew my name. "Yeah, and you are?"

"Miley."

Ashton burst out laughing and my eyes widened.

"No way, you have to be kidding me."
