Adley:
I was struggling with anxiety so much the last few days I sat in my room and I couldn't even breath properly. I felt my heart racing and my head aching and I was shaking and I was 100% sure that I was going to die. It was horrible.

Adley:
I locked myself up in my room and turned off my phone and refused to talk to anyone. Aiden was banging on the door and tried talking to me, but he eventually gave up cuz this wasn't a new situation for him, he just checked if I was still alive now and then.

Adley:
I don't know what happened, I didn't feel like myself

Adley:
My body was doing all of this even though my mind didn't even want it

Adley:
I was lying in bed, crying for days straight.

I didn't eat or sleep properly
