I woke up and found myself lying in bed. I looked around the room and realized I was at Jessica's house.
Once I tried sitting up, my head felt heavy and pain overtook me.
"Ow," I said rubbing my head as delicately as I can.
"You're up! Are you okay?" Jessica said entering the room with an ice pack in her hand along with Leila.
"Where's Tessa is she alright?" I asked them.
"She's okay, she's in the bathroom," Jessica answered holding the ice pack where I was messaging it.
"What happened?" I asked looking between the both of them.
"Jessica was freaking out and telling me that she couldn't find you anywhere, but I thought you were okay and just making out with some guy or something until I started to worry when I couldn't find you in the living room or in the back, so we texted Tessa and we went out looking for you. When I went out the front door, I found you passed out," Leila said with such sadness.
"I'm so sorry, Blossom. It was my fault! I should've checked on you! You could've been kidnapped or raped! I'm so sorry," she continued beginning to cry.
Raped.
I was almost raped last night until the guy got scared and ran away.
The necklace.
I looked down and noticed I was in my pajamas, but sighed in relief when I found my necklace lying against my chest.
"Bloss, are you okay?" Jessica said cautiously.
I shook my head and grabbed Leila's hand.
"Leila, it's okay. I'm fine. You found me and now I'm safe. I don't blame anything on you, if anything it's my fault for leaving Jessica and going my own way," I said trying my best to smile and wiped her tear away.
Without a word, she hugged me tight and I hugged her back. No one needed to know about what happened last night. I was intending to keep it like that.

"Mom, I'm home," I said as I locked the front door behind me.
I made my way to the kitchen and found my mom watching TV.
"Did you guys go-, Mija, did you just wake up?" she asked me with a disapproving look.
"Why, what time is it?" I said looking down at my pajamas then to the kitchen clock.
"It's 3:30! Mija, you and your friends should've went to church!" she said shaking her head looking back at the TV.
"I'm sorry, we ended up pulling an all nighter. It wasn't planned," I answered heading to my room.
"Blossom, stop!" she yelled randomly.
I turned back around to face her questingly.
"What's wro-"
"Is that my necklace?" she asked as she stood up.
I mentally slapped myself and looked down, the crest and ring were in plain sight.
I quickly took it off and handed it to her.
"Mom, I'm so sorry. I just wanted to borrow it," I said as she snatched it roughly from my hand.
"Go in your room. Now," she said deadly as she stared down at the necklace, tears forming her eyes.
Without hesitating, I ran to my room and locked my door behind me. I dropped my bags on the floor and went into bed, pulling the covers over my head as I cried.

I woke up to the doorbell ringing and decided to get out of bed. I looked at my alarm clock which read 8:54 PM.
Who the hell?
I kept repeating, "Don't be José," under my breath until I reached the door.
"Who is it?" my mom called out to me.
I opened the door and my eyes went wide.
