Chapter seven. How could you ever think thoes things

"She's just a friend i swear" Gilbert had said for about the tenth time that day.

The news of Anne Shirley's... melt down had spread quickly through the school, even more quickly the news of how she had ran into his arms.
It was Friday, the day after Anne's meltdown and no one had seen her since, when Gilbert had gone back to school everyone was talking about it, how Anne had just started crying and had run into Gilbert and how he had taken her away from prying eyes.
When he got back to school he had found a piece of paper she had left on her desk, it was things she had written about herself.
It broke his heart to read such hateful words. After, he had taken Anne's stuff back to her house in hopes of seeing her but Mathew said she was sleeping.

"She is just a friend oh my god How many times do I have to tell you!" Gilbert said to Charlie and moody, his two good friends,
"I mean.. if you say so but we all saw the way you looked at her when you saw her running towards you... how worried you were, man i haven't seen you this worried since..." moody trailed off not wanting to say since his mother died.
"Yeah and what about Diana huh?" Gilbert said making Moody blush.

Anne sat in her bed looking down at her hands, Mathew sat on the end of her bed.
"I just thaught... everyone was going to go, i thaught i was going to loose you all, and that you didn't really want me and that i was unloveable and"- Anne was cut off by Mathew.
"Anne." He said "how could you ever think those things about yourself, it breaks my heart to hear you say those words" he shook his head. "Anne we love you. And so does Diana and all the other girls, lord even Gil"- Mathew stoped he glanced a the floor, suddenly feeling uncomfortable,he looked up "the thing is Anne, so many people love you, we would never leave you, never."
Anne nodded, as her eyes welled up with water, " oh no what have I done, Anne?" Mathew's worried voice filled her room, she laughed "oh Mathew you truly are a kindred spirit" Anne said with a smile.
Suddenly Marilla walked in, "Anne some people are here to see you." She said, a sparkle in her eyes.
Two boys walked in, one tall with blond hair and wide shoulders, the other, a french boy, shorter, he had light brown hair.
Anne jumped up, "OH MY GOSH, JERRY,COLE" Anne rushed over to each of them and gave them both huge hugs.
"W-What are you doing here?" She questioned her two friends.

Jerry used to work on the Green Gables farm, he and Anne quickly became friends but not too soon after he had to move away with his dad,
Cole was Anne's other friend, he Was going to be and artist when he was older Anne just knew it, he moved away with Jerry when he came out as Gay to his mum and dad they turned him away, so Jerry and Cole had been living together every since.

"Well" Jerry said in his french accent, Mathew and Marilla left the room, leaving Jerry and Cole alone to talk, "my dad got another job back here somewhere and  us are moving next door!" Jerry could hardly contain his excitement.

"And Jerry's dad says I can stay with them for as long as i wanted! Since you know my dad kinda... sucks"Cole added in.
"Oh my gosh" Anne said sitting back down onto her bed, "this is AMAZING, do you know what school you'll be going to?" She asked
Cole and Jerry both glanced at each other.
"No way" Anne whispered, Jerry and Cole both nodded,
All three of them screamed in excitement,
"Wait wait wait, Let me get this straight... You are both living together with your dad" Anne pointed to Jerry, "and you guys are both going to my school"
They nodded. "oh my god this is AMAZING" Anne squealed, completely forgetting about yesterday until-
"Marilla told us what happend yesterday" Cole said sitting down next to Anne on the bed.
"Oh, yeah..." Anne said looking down at the ground.
"We would never leave you, you know that right?" Jerry said, stepping closer,
taking Anne's hand.
"Yeah..." she said "i think... i just kinda freaked out a little... i guess im lucky that Gilbert was there then..." she looked up at the two boys confused faces, "Oh right"she said with a laugh, and she filled them in all about Gilbert, Diana, Ruby and Josie's threats, everything, it felt good to get everything off her chest.

"I swear" Jerry said clenching his jaw, 'im going to kill Billy Andrews and josie Pie the second i see them."
"Same" Cole said, his eyes darkened.
"Nonoonononooo" guys dont... dont do anything stupid okay? Its Ok, I'm ok." Anne pleaded.
Jerry sighed "fine" both boys said in unison.

"Ok girls..." tomorrow will be Saturday so thats when we will visit Anne." Diana said strongly to her little gang of girls that consisted of, Ruby, Jane, Tillie and Josie. "So everyone... meet at the fence tomorrow at 1:00 Pm... don't be late."
All the girls nodded.

Authors notes: i know this chapter sucks i'm sorry! please please please comment and vote because I have no life.

Also sorry im going to scream i finished this book series last year and the new book came out and i am getting to read it tomorrow!
