Jungkook's POV

"Alpha, I have the report you asked for." My beta, Yuan, handed me the reports and I gestured him to leave.

He was about to leave through the door when I stopped him.

"Yuan."

"Yes?" He turned around.

"Any whereabout of Yuu?"

He hung his head, "I do apologize but I couldn't find any thing." I sighed in defeat when he spoke again, "But I believe 'that' is the place."

"The territory under Jimin?"

"Yes sir. I believe he's her childhood friend too, most likely the person who took her."

"How come you couldn't find her when you went to look last time. You had a whole team with you, yet you couldn't trace her there."

"I-" He was at a loss of words, "I'm sorry. I can't seem to think of a better place for her to stay at."

"You can go."

He bowed and left. I sighed. He's right, where else could she have gone? Her mother died in the fire, her biological mother while the other couple escaped.

If only I had marked her!

It would have been no trouble at all!!!

I slumped back in my office chair.
Now I don't even know where to look for her.

I have to find her!

I got up from the chair and went to May's school, it was about time kids started going back home, so I waited at the gate.

I had my eyes open since I can't seem to smell May's scent. She's a strange person, the only person who doesn't give off any kind of scent. Or is something wrong with my senses?

I spotted her from afar and so did she.
I stood in my place as she walked to me with a blank face.

"Why are you here again?"

"To ask the same question I've been asking for the past months."

"The answer is the same."

"I know you're lying. Tell me where is she?"

"...."

"Where is she?" I glared at May who refused to tell me the whereabouts of Yuu.
"Where is she!!!!!???"

It's been months... I can't take it anymore.

She turned to leave when I grabbed her wrist and turned her around. She wasn't the small kid anymore, she had grown in the past months but she was still light as ever.

"Even if you find her,What makes you think she'll want you?" She said the words to me so coldly as if she was speaking for Yuu.

"I know. I know I messed up. I wasn't there for her when I needed to be- I should have been there but-!!!!"

A hand grabbed my wrist that was holding May's.

"Let her go." Taehyung growled at me.
I glared at him but let May go.
I had no intention of hurting her, I just wanted an answer, one, no one was willing to give me.

" Why don't you answer me then?" He let go of my wrist too, "Where is Yuu?"

He raised his brows at me, "Where is she?" He smirked, "Who knows? You definitely don't deserve to know."

If he wasn't the Alpha of his place I would have smacked his face right away but I can't risk it. I can't afford that.

"May?" I looked at her as she stood behind Taehyung. "Please."

"..." She looked away, pretending she didn't hear me. Taehyung took her hand and lead her away.

Frustrated, I punched the pillar next to me. It left a crack. A big one.
Then I walked away, I can't afford to get sued for damaging school property.

My phone buzzed and I took it out.
"Yes Yuan. What is it?"
I just can't seem to get anywhere.

Your POV

Cold breeze blew making my long hair flutter along with it, as I sat in the japanese style porch of Jimin's second house. Well it was his house but under someone else's name. I think his mother's. Sort of like a secret adobe.
I sipped the chamoline tea and looked at the evening sky.

"You busy?" Jimin's voice caught my attention but I didn't look at him.

"You said you'd be back in a week."

"I know it's the heat season and all but I just came to check up on ya since your scent doesn't affect me. And why do you keep the place so dark?"

I chuckled, "Right, you're mated."

He blushed a bit, "Right, Ahem!, I just came to check up on ya and well I'm leaving the territory for some business. I'll be back soon though. You'll be okay right?"

"Oh, I'll be fine." He wasn't convinced. of course, Heat seasons are difficult, especially now since no medicine works on me either. Each heat I experienced was more painful than the last. I even ended up in hospital.

"Yuu, How about meeting other Alpha's? You hate Jungkook but that doesn't mean all other Alpha's are bad as well."

"... Okay."
He beamed.

"That's a relief! Well I'm running late. bye!" He ran out and I turned to looked at the night sky. It sure got dark fast.
I sighed and put aside the tea I was holding all the time.
Another Alpha huh....

I relaxed in the porch for an hour or so and didn't realized what was building in my body.

My heart skipped a Beat and my body began heating up.
It was here. My heat cycle.

"How painful would it be this time?" I asked myself as I tried to stand up, I wanted to walk to my bedroom.
The heat in my body was rising and I was too focused on it to realize the red pair of eyes in the dark.
I froze.
They were there for a while and I only noticed the silhouette now.
The pain was making me dizzy as I tried to focus on the person.

I whiffed the air. An Alpha!
A... Familiar scent.

"You won't need to suffer this time." The person stepped into the light.

"Jungkook!!"
