Your POV
I sat at chair outside a cafe.Even though I lived here most of my life here, after having to leave like that it still feels weird to be back. A few people passed by, trying to recognize me but I guess now that I wore female clothes, had longer hair that I also happened to dye, they were having some trouble in doing so. That blonde who recognized me that night must be really sharp then.
I placed my coffee on the table in front of me and took a deep breath, no doubt, the air here was giving me a pleasant nostalgia.A person came and sat on the seat in front of mine.
"It's been a while." He looked at me and I smiled.
"Yeah, it's been a while."
Even though I had met Minho only a year ago but he was an amazing older brother.
"So do you plan on living here again?"
"Well, right now I have such mixed feelings. But I want to help Jungkook for now and after that I'll see what to do."
"Mixed feelings? Don't you love him?"
"I can't really pinpoint it, but thanks for not pressing any charges against him."
"I did it for you."
"He said the same thing." I giggled and he snorted.
"So? What do you want to do?"
I took a deep breath, "If possible, I want to apologize to the pack."
He was silent about it for a second, "Are you sure? I think they're more at fault. Your mom died because of their recklessness."
"I don't blame them."
"Oh?"
"I blame my dad and his wife."
"Fair enough. But what do you plan on telling them?"
I looked at him straight in the eyes, "Everything."
Minho stared at me for a few seconds, judging if I could really do it then stood up, "I'll arrange everything then let you know."
"Thank you."
Just a few minutes after Minho left someone tapped my shoulder, I turned around.
"Taehyung!!" I hugged him and he hugged me back, just when we were busy cuddling I felt odd icy glares. I opened my eyes and found May standing there, mentally stabbing me with daggers.
"May!" We pulled apart and I hugged her, she didn't hug me back. I wonder? Is it because I hugged Taehyung or because I was a bit late in contacting Jimin and May.
"You know if you were a little more late Jimin was ready to start a war with Jungkook."
I pulled apart, "I'm sorry. It took some time to sort things out."
She sighed and hugged me, "Well as long as you did." She patted my back, "Good work. It wasn't a bad idea to let Jungkook know where you were." I grabbed her arms and pushed her apart from me.
"You told him?!"
"How else would he know?"
Right, I thought it was weird. But oh well. She judgment wasn't bad.
"Well. Thanks anyway."
"So? Where is he?"
"He's with his father. They had to sort somethings out."
"I see."
"You both can spend sometime together if you want. I have an appointment." Taehyung said.
"What? Your appointment is more important for you?" I said and he raised his hands in defeat.
"What can I do, I'm stuck." He lowered his hands and smiled at me, "But it was good seeing you again."
I smiled back, "It was good seeing you too."
"Well then. I'll be going." He turned to leave and I waved my hands at him. I felt the icy glare again and lowered my hands. I was right. It was because of Taehyung.
I laughed nervously."Then? You wanna hang out?"
"No. I have assignments due." She turned and left, leaving me there blank. Boy! she's one strange character.
Well. That leaves me to look around by myself. I was about to leave when my phone buzzed. I fished it out. A text message from Jungkook.
Is he done talking to his father?
Well it's been hours since their session started."Are you free?" He asked.
"Yeah."
"Where are you?"
"At cafe choco."
"Wait there, I'm coming."
"Okay."
I placed my phone back in my pocket and sat on the chair again.
Half an hour later, a matte black Audi pulled over next to the footpath and Jungkook stepped out. Even though he was looking dashing all I could focus on was the car. The car was sexy. It had won over my heart. Maybe I should steal it."Stop staring at the car." Jungkook stood beside me and waved his hand infront of my eyes.
"I'm in love with it. I want to oogle at it."
"..." He sighed, "Let's go."
"Where?"
"There is a place I want to take you to."
"And that place is?"
"You'll find out soon enough. Let's go." He walked and opened the door for me.
A place he wants to show me? I stood up and walked to the car.***
The cool breeze gently caressed my hair, I could hear the light rustling of leaves. At that moment I was full of emotions. Everything faded into a distant as I paid my respects infront of my mothers grave.
"Hi mom." A sad smile formed on my face with a mix of emotions. The fact that I would never be able to see her again was killing me but the fact that Jungkook hasn't forgotten her and went through the trouble of having her body found and giving her a proper funeral was making me happy. Why did I ever doubt his love for me?
I slumped down, tears rolling down my eyes."Mom. I miss you."
I cried my heart out while Jungkook stood behind me quietly.
