"What is there to talk about?" She asked, pretending to be oblivious as to what her main manager was implying."Everything." He said simply, stopping the car and turning it off before walking out, the young female following suit.
"Okay, now start asking some of those questions." She said, slightly nervous for what he was about to ask. She hadn't had a very meaningful talk with anyone for a while, and as sad as it sounded, she barely saw her members, considering that they were already ahead in preparing for the new mini album.
"The update between you and that little Australian first is what I want to know about." He said, suddenly getting all giggly like a fangirl.
"Well, after the whole almost-scandal thing, we pretty much lived our lives for a while. Then, I got the message about Adrian. Felix has really been there for me when he could to cheer me up and make me happy again, and that's one of the many things I love about him. He always wants others to be happy." She said, staring up at the sky with her hands pressed against the bench.
"As for the update, we...I guess...had another kiss?" She continued, it more sounding like a question than a statement at that.
"Wait, really?! When, where, how?!" To say that their manager was ecstatic was an understatement.
"Yes really. The day before we went to see Adrian. In my room. And we were just caught up in the moment." She said, giggling as he then twisted his facial expression into a confused one.
"That's all you guys did, right?" He asked, watching as she sat there blank, but a few seconds later and she was blushing like a madman.
"Of course that's all we did!" She exclaimed, her manager then laughing hysterically beside her.
After his fit of uncontrollable laughter, he calmed himself, and wiped the tears from his eyes.
"I'm surprised you both already shared two kisses, yet you're still not dating." He said honestly, watching as she scrunched up her nose.
"Do you not remember our professions? Sure, we'd love to date and everything, but what about Destiny's fans? Or stay? We don't know whether they'll accept it or not. Furthermore, it may ruin our company's, our groups and even our own reputations." She said, her arms rested upon her thighs and her head in her palms.
"My dear Rei Rei, you do have a point, but right now, if you were given a chance, to date him, without the hate, without worrying about reputations, or even about what others would think, would you?" He asked.
"Of course I would." She answered with absolutely no hesitation.
"Then, if you both actually get together, then that should be your mindset. Sure, he's not allowed to date, as stated by his contract, and you respect that and would wait, but you're both young and in love, and you're letting literally everything get in the way of what may possibly be a everlasting relationship." He placed a few pieces of her hair behind her ears and smiled at her.
"Even boss told you he'd let you two date honestly. Aside from him, it's really only the two of you who's preventing you guys from dating. Forget about the fans, and the people. Right now, it's about making yourself happy, and if he does, then you have all right to be together with him. And your fans should want you guys to be happy too. Even if it's with them, or being together with someone, they should be supportive and content with what you do and what you decide. If they can't accept it, then are they really your fans?" What he said struck home for her, and she actually looked at him confused.
"Whatever you guys talk about after his practice better end with the two of you together. Because if not I swear on my uncle Ben's grave I will-"
"Okay, okay. I get it. We should've been together for a long time but too many things have been coming up. This talk better have some improvement in our relationship. I get it. Now let's go home cause I'm hungry." She exclaimed.
"Wanna get some food and pick up the members?" He asked, smiling and chuckling as she nodded like a little excited six year old who just got asked if they wanted ice cream.
"Yes please!" She shouted out in excitement and ran to the van like a five year old.
The drive from the fast food place to the building wasn't that long and soon enough, the two came barging inside with food for both groups in their hands as they purposely interrupted their combined group practice.
"Oh thank heavens you're okay now." Hyunjin exclaimed, quickly getting out of position to hug the younger female.
"I'm pretty great, but I go have to say that you're slowly cutting away my respiration cycle." She said, tapping his back lightly and he finally let go of her, rubbing his nape, embarrassed.
"Are you sure you're good?" Felix asked once everyone had already shown his crush their loveable display of affection.
"Aside from what happened earlier, I'm doing pretty good, I promise you." She said, tapping his shoulders and displaying his favorite smile.
"Good, cause you in a bad mood makes me get in a bad mood." He said, pouting slightly, causing her to pinch his cheeks and smile.
"Then I'm not going to be in a bad mood." She said, causing him to smile.
"Want to talk here, or?" He trailed off, his eyes darting to places other than her.
They had even forgotten that they were surrounded by people.
"Home is fine." She said, and if that was a trigger word, they all headed out to go home and talk.
