Ainslee walked into her flat with Iain as she placed a sleepy ebony into her cot and sighed as she walked into the sitting room where Iain was. She looked to him and smiled "you know that I loved you, I still love you" Iain said as Ainslee looked to him and smiled. She ran a hand through her hair and sighed "I know you do, that's why I left because I know you love me and I loved you and I knew that a baby would change everything and I didn't that. I didn't want to trap you" Ainslee said as he looked to her and smiled as she sighed to herself as she ran a hand through her hair "look I know that it probably doesn't help but I'm sorry, I'm sorry for doing this. I was scared and I didn't know what to do" she said as Iain looked to her and sighed. He knew that he still had feelings for Ainslee as he realised just how much that he loved her.

"Look, things have happened and we can't change that but I want to be involved okay; Ebony is my daughter too and I want to be her father" Iain said as Ainslee looked to him and smiled "of course, I'm not going to stop you doing that. You are her father" ainslee said as he walked over I her and smiled as he pulled her into a hug. He ran a hand through her hair and smiled as she looked up at him as he placed a hand on her cheek and smiled as he leant in and kissed her. Ainslee froze for a moment before she felt herself melt into the kiss as she wrapped her arms around his neck and pulled him to her.

The following day, ainslee got to work and sighed to herself as she walked into the staffroom and glared as she saw lily. Lily looked to Ainslee and rolled her eyes "oh look it's the slag" she said as ainslee looked to her and chuckled. She knew lily had a thing for Iain and that she was jealous "oh please, you are a heartless cow and it's not as if anyone is going to like you, just because I have a child doesn't make me a bad person" ainslee said as lily looked to her and glared as she walked out of the room.

Later that day, ainslee stood in the ED and frowned as she saw Iain as he came in from a call out. She looked to him and frowned as she saw that he was in a bad mood "are you okay?" She asked as he looked to her and smiled "I don't know, I feel as if I can't do anything right" he said as she looked to him and smiled "your a great guy Iain, and don't think that your not" she said as he looked to her and smiled.

Later that day. Ainslee walked out of resus and frowned as she saw Iain as he defended Jeff from a patient. She stood in the hallway and smiled. She walked over to him and placed a hand on his arm "are you okay?" She asked as he nodded "I guess so" "your a bloody good paramedic Iain, and I good guy and hat is why I love you and it scares me" she said as he looked to her and smiled as he placed a hand on her arm and smiled "I'm not going to hurt you, I promise" Iain said as he wrapped an arm around her and smiled. But could she trust Iain not to break her heart again?
