Ainslee lay in the car unconscious as ebony lay on back seat crying. An ambulance pulled up as Iain stood from it and frowned as he saw it was ainslee car "ains" he said as he ran over "Iain stop" Dixie called as he ran over to the car. He looked to Ainslee and frowned as he saw that she was unconscious and that ebony was in the back seat "Dixie quick" he called as he checked out his daughter in the back seat and picked her out of. She was crying hysterically. He held her close and he comforted her and smiled as he looked to Dixie as he lifted Ainslee on a board and collar and sighed. He was worried "is she okay" he asked as Dixie looked to him and smiled "for now, we need to get her to the hospital and we need to get the little one checked out" Dixie said as Iain nodded.

Iain got to the ED as ebony was taken to be checked out. He stood watching them as he walked over to resus as he stood watching as they attempted to save Ainslee and stop the bleeding. He ran his hands through his hair and sighed as he saw Hannah who was walking over to him. Hannah looked to him and smiled as she hugged him and smiled. She knew just how much that Iain loved her sister "she is going to be okay, you know that. She's a fighter" Hannah said as Iain looked to her and sighed "you didn't see her, she was so bleeding and bruised from the accident and ebony was there. What if she isn't okay" he asked as he looked to her and smiled as she hugged him and smiled "she will be okay, trust me. She will be" Hannah said as Iain smiled hoping she was right.

Connie stood in the office as Sam walked in and looked to her and sighed "I can't keep your secret Connie, not any longer. I love Hannah and I can't lie to her. Ainslee is fighting for her life and you should be there" he said as she looked to him and sighed "I'm not stupid Sam" "oh I know but they are your daughter and you walked out on them once already" Sam said as Connie looked to him and sighed "they'll hate me" "they think their mother is dead and you owe it to them" Sam said as he walked off. He didn't know how much longer that he could continue to lie to Hannah for, especially when he knew over her mother when she didn't.

Later that day, Iain walked into Ainslee room and smiled as he took a hold of her hand and smiled "it's going to be okay, don't you worry. It will be okay" he said as he looked as she started to wake up slightly. "Hey, are you okay" he asked as she groaned "ouch" she said as he looked to her and smiled "it's going to be okay, I promise" he said as she smiled as Connie stood outside of the room and sighed not knowing how she could reveal that she was Ainslee and Hannah's mother and how she had walked out on them many years ago.
