I woke up the next morning my thoughts more clear but my mothers words still burns in my mind. Amnesia by 5 seconds of summer I quietly sang along to the lyrics. "If today I woke up with you right beside me. Like all of this was just some twisted dreams. I'd hold you closer then I ever did before and you'd never slip away." I sang. I then closed my eyes and listened to the music while thinking about last night. To be honest I don't know how I feel about Aaron I mean yes I feel like I love him but what if it's not real or what if I get my heart broken or what if he has a girlfriend I thought but from the way he was with me I figured he didn't. My thoughts were interrupted by a knock on my door.

"Who is it?" I asked.

"It's mom." She said.

"I thought I said I didn't want to talk to you." I said.

"I'm here to apologize." She said.

"Then go ahead." I said.

"I'm sorry for what I said I never meant it." She said

"I finally thought you were over Bentley." She added.

"First off." I said opening my door. "He loved me and I loved him back and don't say I don't know what love is because I see it everyday with you and dad the way dad loves you even if you push his buttons he still loves you that's like the way Bentley loved me." I said.

"I'm sorry I know Bentley was a nice kid-" she said.

"Don't even say that I know you hated him just because he's biological dad was your ex never gave you the right to hate that kids guts just because he's dad was a asshole didn't mean Bentley was gonna be one." I said and slammed the door.

"Why did she hate you so much you had an asshole off and dad and your step dad was an even bigger asshole and yet while you had two devils in your life you still came out an angel I miss you."I said looking at a picture of me and Bentley. I heard rocks tapping on my window I walked over and opened it to see Aaron.

"What are you doing?" I asked smiling.

"I came too see you but your dad told me you had better things to do then hang out with a jerk like me." He said.

"Oh so dad does judge a boom by its cover." I said.

"Why do I look like a jerk?" He asked.

"To my dad all boys are jerks." I said.

"Oh." He said.

"Forget about him come to the door I'll answer this time." I said.

"I have a better idea." He said grabbing a latter and climbing up to my window.

"Are you crazy?" I asked as he climbed into my room.

"I've probably gone crazy I would normally never do that." He said.

"Where'd you find the latter?" I asked.

"Well your dad seems smart by the way he judged me so you'd think he'd learn to put a latter where a jerk like me can get it." He sassed.

"What would I do without your smart mouth Mr. Carpenter." I said.

"I have a feeling we'd have boring conversations." He said. "Oh I brought you this." He added pulling a daisy out of his pocket.

"Why thank you." I said smiling.
