Chapter 14

"Aaron?" I asked.

"Yes princess." He said.

"Do you really like me?" I asked.

"Yeah I do." He said.

"You shouldn't." I said.

"Why?" He asked.

"Because I'm broken." I said.

"What do you mean?" He asked.

"After Bentley died I got depression worst then it was before you don't want someone like that." I said.

"What if I told you I know how it fells to be broken." He said.

"What?" I asked.

"I had depression well I still do but noir as bad I still have my day where I'm sad but it's not quite that bad." He said.

"I didn't know." I said.

"That's cuz it's not something I like to talk about." He said.

"I wanna help you." I said.

"Huh?" He asked.

"You make me feel better by talking to me about my problems I think you need to do the same." I said.

"Alright you really wanna hear?" He asked.

"Yes." I said.

"Ok I'm the youngest in my family and I wanna make my parents proud so I tried my best to be the perfect son for them and while doing that I became unhappy with myself." He said.

"Why?" I asked.

"Every time I didn't get above 85% I got upset with myself saying I was a failure." He said.

"Aaron your only human." I said.

"I know but at the time I didn't think it was ok to make mistakes I got so sad with my self yet I still tired my hardest on everything till I snapped. I became so sad to the point where I would stay in bed all weekend. I told my parents and I got the help I needed I'm not 100% better but I don't think anyone ever is" he said.

"I'm sorry." I said.

"It's ok." He said.

"Meghan?" He asked.

"Yes." I said.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked.

"Yeah." I said.

" I love you princess." He said and he kissed me.

"What the hell is going on?" My dad asked angry.

"Dad this is-" I said.

"I know who he is and he needs to leave." My dad said.

"Dad." I said.

"It's okay babe I'll leave." I said. Aaron and my dad walked down stairs I ran after them as Aaron was about to leave.

"You know what no Aaron doesn't have to leave what's wrong with you guys you want me to make friends yet when it comes to Aaron you act all weird. And that date with Nathan you knew it was a date not a hangout." I said grabbing Aaron's hand.

"Yes we thought maybe if you and Nathan started dating you would hang out with someone who would treat you right." My mom said.

"Aaron does treat me right he doesn't push me to do things I don't wanna do in fact I've told him things I'll never tell you." I said.

"He's just trouble." My dad said.

"How dad?" I asked.

"His parents were the reason why Danielle was in that car accident." He said.

"What?" I asked. I knew about my sister car a accident I was little but I knew what happened. She was driving and then another car came and they hit her and she broke her neck and was in a coma for a week.

"It was there car that almost killed your sister." My dad yelled.

"Dad It's not his parents fault I must've lost control of the car." Dani said trying to help me out.

"You didn't do anything wrong it was his parents fault you almost died." My dad yelled

"Meghan I'll just go there no reason for this." Aaron said.

"That's one thing we agree on." My mom said.

"Let's go." I said and me and Aaron left I didn't know where we were gonna go but he ran somewhere.

"Well go to my house." He said.

"Ok." I said as we slowed down.

"I'm sorry about your sister." He said.

"It's not your fault." I said.

"Promise you won't let our parents feud get between us." Aaron said.

"Ok." I said.

"Promise?" He said.

"Promise." I said.

"Maybe 'promise' is are 'okay'." I said.
