3rd POV
The seven of them walked into the therapist office after visiting Y/n's tombstone that morning. It's her first anniversary death, and their first therapy session as a group. throughout the year the seven of them have been having individual therapy sessions in order to let go of the guilt and forgive themselves. Namjoon tightly takes a hold of Jin's hand as they walk into the doctors office followed by the others.
Mr. Wang slowly looks up from his papers as his seven patients walk in looking heartbroken, he glances at the calendar on his desk. "Good afternoon, please take a seat." They all quietly and obediently sit down as Mr. Wang walks over to the front of his desk. A few minutes by in a grieving silence before it's broken by Suga. "Aren't you gonna ask us the same annoying question?." Mr. Wang points to the table in between them which has seven large canvas along with acrylic paint. "Today you will paint your emotions. Make yourself comfortable and paint the heartache, the guilt, any emotion away."
Jungkook hesitates as he slowly reaches over the table picking up a canvas and looking up at Mr. Wang. "You just want us to paint for the whole hour?" Mr. Wang nods taking a seat on his chair behind his desk. "Leave the paintings here after you're done." He begins typing away at his computer. The others take a canvas not having the energy to question Mr. Wang's session today. They usually have conversations about their memories with Y/n during their individual sessions, but it seems that they won't have any emotional conversations that day. Jungkook rises from his seat taking green, gold, white, and teal acrylic paint with him, as he walks over to a chair in front of the window. He looks down watching the people below in the city living their lives without a care in the world.
Jimin grabs random paints and lays down on his stomach just wanting the knot in his throat to go away. He pries the paint open spilling them on the canvas at random feeling his eyes get teary as his mind reminds him of the guilt. Taehyung lays down next to Jimin with two bottles of acrylic paint. White and Purple. "We never asked what color did she liked. Do you think purple was one of them?" Jimin glances over to Taehyung as tears run down his eyes. "I'm sure it was and if it wasn't...she'll still love your painting." Taehyung faintly smiles as he dips his fingers into the bottles of paint not bothering to use the available brushes.
Hoseok sits next to Suga on the couch with a few bottle of paint. Hoseok paints hesitantly with a bright yellow, red, blue, and pink paint, while Suga smears his own canvas with black paint covering every white part of the canvas. "The pit of my soul is black as the night but filled with stars like the sky. She's one of the brightest stars in the sky." Hoseok nods as he grabs a fat brush dipping it into the pink paint. "And the most beautiful."
Jin ignores his surroundings as he tries his best to paint a breathtaking cupcake surrounded by color. Namjoon watches his boyfriend paint away as tears drip down his cheeks at a slow pace. He glances at the turquoise and red paint next to him along with the blank canvas not knowing how painting will help in this therapy session.
Two hours later
Mr. Wang closely studies the seven canvases in front of him after the session finished and letting them dry.
