Sentenced to Hell.

After I walked back out of my Dad's office I was greeted by Kade. "Sooo I've heard you were missing for a while, what happened?" Kade asked with a look of curiosity. I gave him a look, "Like you don't know. Ash probably told everyone about me. Don't even try shitting me!" I half said, half yelled. He looked shocked by my outburst and tried composing himself quickly. "Uh yeah my brother might have said some stuff about you. Every vampire in the world and the underworld want you. Babe your a hot topic everywhere. You're beautiful and have a lot of power," He said. But what really caught my attention was the brother and power. "What the hell are you talking about?! Power? AND HE'S YOUR BROTHER? Did he send you after me?"

Kade's Pov

Damn she's hot when she's mad. Ash is not getting her back, seems like he's the one who screwed her over, not the other way around. How could I have trusted him, I mean he's never done anything good. As far as I know of at least. But I guess that's family. I better hear her side of the story though and see what's ligit. "Are you even listening?!" she said agitatedly. "Sorry can you repeat that? And tell me what happened with you and Ash?" I asked a little embarrassed "Are you working for Ash?" she asked simply. "I'm supposed to be but I think that he shitted me, and the other vamps just want you for themselves... Which isn't the best." I stated simply. "Fudge," she muttered. "So would you like to tell me what happened or not?" I asked again. "Okay, come on we are gonna go to my dorm and talk. And sorry if the guys over react when they see you. I have no idea what they'll think about a vamp right now..." She said to me as she started walking. Uh oh this should be fun. If those guys beat the living shit out of my brother and his 'friends' what can they do to me? I hope Jade protects me. Ha wow that sounds lame, "I hope Jade protects me." And I'm talking to myself. Don't this is a very good sign...

Jade's Pov

I hope Kade doesn't disappoint me. I'm trusting him right now, and he probably thinks I hate him. Life has become so confusing lately and I still have no idea what he meant by power. I need answers and I hope he has some. We both seemed to be in our own worlds by the time we got to my room. "Uh, we're here," I said hesitantly. "Jade," Kade whispered. His eyes were deep they seemed to be able to look right through me and my bravado of false bravery. "Will you keep your friends from eating me?" he asked with a slight grin. I laughed, and not a fake one either. "I'll do my best," I smiled. I opened the door and was immediately tackled. "Jade!" Damien yelled as he pinned me down on the floor. "Get of fat ass!" I groaned. Damien stuck out his tongue and got up. "Who the hell is this and why does he smell like a vamp?" Dam asked. "Uh well this is Kade," I said cautiously. Damien growled. "Why is the prince here?" He demanded. "I'm here for answers, and I'm also here to answer some of Jade's questions," Kade said assertively. "Damien it's ok he won't hurt me, kay?" Damien nodded and I lead Kade away before Damien started something with him. "Thank you," Kade whispered into my ear. I shivered and nodded.

I sat down on my bed and patted the space beside me letting him know he could sit. "So where do you wanna start? My story or yours?' I asked. "Let's start with yours, if that's ok with you?" Kade said. "Ok so pretty much your brother kidnapped me when i was sleeping, took me to his house, raped me, and then my friends saved me... Oh and then we had this intense battle and I got teleported here with Damien after I kicked your brothers ass" I said in a rush. "Uh wow." I looked up at him and saw a lot of sadness there. "Yeah, so that would be why i'm not so partial to vamps. Nothing against you personally unless you are planning on hurting me." I said as calmly as I could. "I'm not planning on doing anything to you," He said to me as he leaned forward.

Kade's Pov

She rushed her story out fast not even wasting time on the details. I couldn't help but feel bad, I felt her pain. I can already tell I have feelings for her, and obviously Damien does too, I wouldn't be surprised if anyone else does either. Well I think I have a new mission, and Ash is not part of it. Winning the heart of Jade. I leaned forward to kiss Jade but she pulled back. "I'm sorry," i said in a rush. She blushed a deep red and looked away. "I'm not working for Ash, at least not anymore. I'm really sorry about what he did. I wish I could fix the wrongs he's done but he's never been a never good loser, and sorry to say he's not gonna give up that easily. I think you're gonna need some serious help. Me and my buddy Hunter know Ash like the back of our hands and can probably help," I told her with a small smile hoping she'd let me. If she did I'd have an amazing excuse to see her all the time and people couldn't really stop me because I'd pretty much be her body guard. "Well first can you tell me about this so called power I have and why Ash and everyone else wants it. And do you want it too?' Her parent's really must be shielding her from a lot. I hope she takes this info well and doesn't break down. "Well there's this prophesy of A half angel half demon girl. Her wings as black as coal, and she'd been hidin from her life since she was a child. She's supposed to be able to have unlimited power that could either destroy the world, giving some species extreme power, or possibly bring peace to everyone. Do you get why everyone would want that? And no I don't really care about your powers, but I do not want Ash getting a hold of you or them," I explained. She gave me a curious look. "Why do you care about me?" "That's an excellent question... I'm not sure, but since you walked into that room i sorta felt connected to you."
