Dean's POV
I didn't know what to do, or say.
I left Kevin in my room, and Gabriel and I rushed to the hospital.
Castiel's eyes were closed, and I was still bawling.
I couldn't look at him, it was all my fault, Castiel was dying and it was all my fault.
He lied there, so peaceful in my arms. I sat in the back of my baby. I had to let Gabriel drive.
As we arrived we got some weird looks, some people recognized me.
I didn't care.
"Miss, there's been an accident we need a doctor now," Gabriel said.
"I don't take orders from slaves," the woman said with a rude look.
As soon as she said this, still holding Castiel, I walked up to her. I glared at her with my tear stained face, and snarled.
"I swear if you don't help me right now, if you don't help him, I will make your life a living hell, do you want that? I will make you suffer, trust me. So get a doctor or whoever, and help me out. Right. Now."
The lady quickly did so, shaking.
They got Castiel a bed and I ran after them.
"Please take good care of him, he's fragile, no he's strong but, please take care of him," I said crying slightly.
They took him to a room.
I waited in the hospital room, scared out of my mind.
What's going to happen?
What's going to happen to my Cas?
Gabriel sat down next to me, and patted my back comforting. I stopped crying but was still scared and sad.
"What happened to Kevin?"
"I don't know Dean, I don't know," Gabriel said softly and quietly.
I looked down as he said that, what happened to Kevin? Was he possessed? Can angels get possessed? Questions formed my mind but all I could think of was one.
Is Castiel going to be okay?
