"Get in there. I will send word to the General that you have arrived." The Commander spoke to me before shoving me into my cell. I kept my head low as the door shut behind me. How could I have let this happen? How could I let this surprise me? The day I saw my father once again, he told me the Empire wanted me. I had ignored that part of the conversation...until now. My shoulders sagged as loneliness and defeat washed over me, like before. Khann could never find me here, or I escape. Sadness pulsed through my veins. I stood there, for what felt like hours, trying my hardest to think positive, and trust in the Force. Eventually, my body collapsed, under the weight of my decisions and actions, under the thought I would never see Khann again.

A loud boom shook me awake. My head snapped up, my eyes alert. The door to a nearby cell opened, and a new prisoner came into my view. Her face and arms was bruised, and her eyes had an distant, sad look inside them. I quickly sat up and brushed myself off. The commander then closed the door and the prisoner and I were alone. Moments of silence passed. Neither of us said a word. I couldn't fathom what she had been through...maybe similar to my story. I gathered my courage and spoke some simple words. "Hello. My name is Alora Fett." She turned towards me and slanted her head, almost into a confused position. I looked into her eyes, and I could see underneath the sadness, there was wisdom, and many years of it.
"Hello. My name is Bo-Katan." She replied. A mandolorian symbol sat in her shoulder and a rebel symbol sat on the other.
"Your...your a rebel..." I breathed.
"In some ways yes...and you are? " Bo-Katan questioned.
"A rebel as well. I live on D'Quar. I'm a rebel commander." I say, pride welling within me. It was true. I was moved up last week, before the recent events that had changed everything. "I love it. Everything I do there. It makes me feel like I am doing something for this world. It makes me feel whole and completed. Before...it wasn't the same..." My voice trailed off.
"Spoken like a true rebel. " Bo-Katan spoke to me, warmth filing her voice. I smiled at her. I had a deep feeling that Bo-Katan would impact my life until the end of our days.
