The girl in highquality clothing gasped when I went around the corner to face her.

I don't know whether my words or my attire shocked her.

"You...you dare!" she snapped. Her perfect manicured finger was pointing at me.

"I do. If you don't have business, then leave us alone." I stated calmly. We had more bathrooms to clean and I befriended someone in this mansion.
I wasn't going to worsen my mood because of her.

"You... you are a slut, who's crawling into alpha's bed. Don't think I am afraid of you!"

"Where are you?" Logan's voice echoed through the mindlink.
I ignored his voice and focused on the conversation the furious chick in front of me led.

"I don't want to argue." I bit my lip. If I start an argument now it will just harm the human girl next to me.

"Ha! So now you know your place?" she stepped towards me. Her heels were clicking on the floor we just wiped earlier.

I saw Emily shifting from one leg to another. My b#tchfight was stopping her from work.

My eyerolling was more provoking to Luna.
"I did not expect alpha to be fed up with you that early. Haha! Now you're one of the staff here." she slapped me hard across the face.
Emily gasped. She made an attempt to get me out of Luna's vicious attack.

This human girl is truly brave.

Luna aimed a punch towards Emily "You dare to interfer, you lowlife!"
I grabbed Luna's arm twisted it and kicked her hollow of the knee forcing her to fall.

She glared at me then started laughing again "I can't believe you're defending a human. Seems like you're no better than these weaklings."

Instead of giving me an answer Luna kicked towards my stomach.

Ha! You wish you evil witch. Fiona yelled.

I dodged her kick and pushed her away.

I am werewolf who believes in peace. You could say that I am a pacifist.
Luna wants to enrage my inner wolf. There was no way that I was losing my cool and start a real fight with her.

"Stop it, Luna! I've never done anything towards you. If you're angry with your alpha, just settle it with him." I said annoyed.

Suddenly the door was opened again.
Chris strode in. He saw the three of us. The tense atmosphere was astounding.
The kind beta furrowed his eyebrows. "Luna, what are you doing here?" he inquired.

Luna gnashed her perfect teeth before forcing a fake smile on her face. She casted one warning glare at me before chirping "Oh, I was just going to freshen up a little before the ceremony starts but the staff here is really rude. Once I'll be the Luna of this pack, I'll kill these disobedient workers. This pack is truly missing a luna, who can control these lazy staff." then she strutted past Chris and left for god's sake.

I scoffed. Twofaced b#tch.
She better not become the luna of any pack.

"You okay?" I turned around. The human girl I pushed earlier was staring at me and nodded. "Thanks for defending me, Lauren." she cleared her throat.
"No need to thank me. That's what friends are for!" I laughed.

"Luna - er- I mean Lauren... alpha is searching for you. He thought you were avoiding the ceremony. Please come with me!" Chris uttered seriously.
