Part 2 of the misadventure of Eva Roman as she becomes involved in Steelport's longest running gang, the Morningstar led by international arms dealer Phillipe Loren. Part 2 reveals Eva's conflicting idea of joining Morningstar's rival gang the 3rd Street Saints as a way to escape back to her normal life. This idea is not as easy as it sounds, but Eva is determined to get back to normality even if it means crossing the border and breaking the rules of a gangster lifestyle; however, the gangster lifestyle has its perks. Will Eva continue her life as a gangster or will she strive for her normal life as she was trying to get to back before?
